Came in for a 2 hrs massage and Tiffany greeted me at the front desk. As it turned out, she was my masseuse. I was so impressed with the spa. The barn doors were a nice touch, the table was the most comfortable massage table I've been on in Vegas, and the overall atmosphere was top notch. Because I got a 90 minute, their minimum tip was $20 and was being weird, blocking the door and kept handing their hands out asking for more money. I had to push myself out. This was the worst massage I have ever had. It felt very rushed. I came with 2 friends and they didn't like theirs either. My one friend kept asking for more pressure and the masseuse would massage her harder for a second and then go back to rubbing her like she was putting lotion on. I was in the same room as my friend. I got done with my massage about 5 minutes before he did. So I had to lay there and wait to get dressed because I didn't want to expose myself to this other person who was in the room. My friend said his massage felt rushed, especially at the end because mine had already finished. This wasn't a typical reflexology. I have had those before and I know what they are like. The people we had rushed through everything and they focused on our knee caps a lot. More than they should've. Overall, terrible massage for all 3 of us. I used to be an avid yelper for years but got rid of my account earlier this year... However, considering how bad my experience was tonight--I decided to borrow the bf's account and warn others as well as advise the owner/manager of their rapid decline. Tonight was my 2nd visit here and a complete 180 from my first time. I got Ken both times as I requested him based on yelp reviews so not sure why the crazy discrepancy. I did the "75 minute" yelp special for $39 both times but today it consisted of maybe 40 minutes actual massage, if even? First, the session itself ended about 5 minutes. Then, he stopped at least 3 or 4 times to greet and set up people who walked in AND took abnormally long to dump the water, grab hot stones, grab towels, etc. which took away another 15 minutes. Now, even all this wouldn't be a big deal for me if the actual massage quality was decent cause I understand it is a cheap massage so I can deal with the above. However, at least 20 minutes of the "massage" today was him lightly rubbing his forearm around my lower and upper back haphazardly and randomly, not even trying to find thr muscles or knots when he clearly knows how as he did actually give a decent massage the few minutes he made an effort to. I still tipped $12 despite the awful experience so out $51 for one of the top 3 worst massage experience of my life. 2 stars as the first time I went was decent and I hope this prompts them to be accountable and not allow their quality of service to continue declining just because they've seen a little success. read more

Guys, don't be fooled. The awesome Yelp rating is due to the spa pressuring you to give a good review on yelp before you can avail your check in offer. As soon as I entered there was a musty smell. It was pitch dark and the lady had to shine a torch to usher us in. I asked for a 75 min foot massage and instead I got a confused version of a full body massage with my clothes on. The massage was aggressive and haphazard. The check on offer of the use of hot stones was bizarre as they were extremely hot and were being used a scrub! One of my favorite place to get a good massage. This place is very clean, ivy and the staff are very friendly. I work 3 12 hour shift and i go to school 4 days a week. I had the groupon so I came in for the 30 minutes of foot massage with the 30 minutes of ion detox. I have to say that the 30 minutes of foot/leg massage was the best I have received. Joe pressed all the right points and with force. It does hurt a bit, but it was a good pain. If you want a relaxing foot massage, this is not it. If you want one that is to relieve other problems, then it definitely is. I enjoyed every single minute of the foot massage. The reason why other foot massage places get four star from me is because when they do the foot massage, they massage your foot as a whole. The reason why Joe gets a five star from me is because he pressed each area of my foot, based on the pressure point. A hidden foot massage parlor near 215 and rainbow, it's like most Asian parlors around Las Vegas where it's an open massage room. The foot soak had aromatherapy oils that smelled very nice. I give it 4 stars because the workers there are very nice and respectful. Also only if you tell them to go deeper they do. But obviously if you tell them to go deeper, you'll have to compensate with a larger tip; most of Las Vegas is gratuity driven. That's why the average massage parlor charges a larger price for deep tissue/Swedish massage, so I don't understand why people would complain about the masseuse wanting more tip for more work. My masseuse was more gentle on the massage until I requested a deeper massage which was much better with elbows and harder pressure pointing, whereas my boyfriend's massage was as he said "alright", he wanted elbows to his back too, so I believe you must request for a deeper massage to get one. Pure Foot & Spa is only a month old, but is related to the original Pure Foot & Spa on Spring Mountain. We always welcome a little healthy competition, even if Vegas does seem a bit over saturated with foot massage places. We aren't always so anxious to make the drive to Spring Mountain to get some foot work done. The Husband noticed the sign driving on S. Rainbow and with only two yelp reviews, we were a bit hesitant. We called ahead to find out the prices and to see if there was any availability. They normally charge $38/hr, but with the Yelp discount - it's $34. (They are currently offering a Yelp Deal too - $15 for $20 towards service, which I doubt you can combine.) We didn't make an appointment but were the only ones there last night. Angel warmly greeted us and had us take a seat amongst the handful of chairs in the main room. As she went to get us our tea, she hastily made a few calls getting her employees in as they had gone on an errand. She told us about her business, gave us some information on Pure Foot & Spa and reflexology, and asked us what we thought of the interior decorating. She had our feet soaking in the hot water while we waited, so we didn't mind. It wasn't too long when one of the ladies returned. She immediately got started on the Husband, so Angel started working on me while I waited for my guy to return. As her delicate hands started working on my face, I was almost hoping my guy didn't return. (There are some people that have gentle hands, and she's one of them.) After a few minutes, my guy did arrive and he got started on me. Everything was pretty straightforward from them on - they work on your head, neck, and shoulders before heading to your feet and calves. And after wiping down your feet, they flip you over so you get some back work. One thing I really appreciate here is that they actually spend a good amount of time on your feet and calves. Sometimes other places focus more on shoulders, but my feet and calves were what needed the attention and they got it. Usually, I can tell the Husband is having a good experience when I hear him snoring. This time, I didn't hear him snore at all, so I was concerned. I was pleasantly surprised when he asked the name of his lady though because he obviously wanted to remember who she was. Overall, we were both quite happy with our experience at Pure Foot and definitely glad to have them in the neighborhood. We'll definitely be going back again! Strange when you walk in, you're just directed to a chair. Other than they answer their cell phones while working on you, I have no other complaints. I am plagued by awful headaches that last weeks, as Lucky touched my foot I almost came out of the chair. He worked at it until he could touch it, and when we left my headache was gone! We did a Groupon, so nothing other than feet and legs were done, but we did get an Ionic Trwatment and 1/2 hour of feets for $22, so I won't whine. I will be going back! Absolutely. I never expect a Four Seasons massage when u come to a quick reflexology- but I do expect a massage. My "therapist" was nice and the place was quiet... but she pinched and pulled at the area below and around my neck so bad the next morning I felt like I was completely bruised and had to use ice packs and Motrin to alleviate the pain. Where I expected reflexology was just mindless up and down with her fingers on the outside edge of my foot, zero pressure on the pressure points. I was in desperate need to just relax so I shut up for the 45 min even though several times I attempted to make eye contact unsuccessfully. My husband and I both got off work and needed some body work so based on the reviews and the location, which is close to home, we decided to try them out. When we entered, there was a musky smell. We were offered to look at the treatment menu and were given tea. My lady was sitting down, 90% of the time and most of the massage felt like a jarring motion. I expected a lot more on the bottom of my feet as I stand all day and have plantar fasciitis. She was massaging the top part of my foot and boney areas with her knuckles. My husband had a worse experience. The lady doing his massage had no flow, put a ton of lotion on his face and IN his EARS. Yes, HIS EARS!! she didnt balance his body out(did moves on one side and not the other). She put the hot rocks on his back without warning or warming. We did give them a $20 tip each but not because they deserved it. We work in a tipping industry and everyone has bad days but honestly, I dont think they're licensed and it was a complete waste of $140. read more

Our massages were rudimentary, lacking skill on acupressure points and general massage technique. Bones were pressed on more than actual points that can be worked... nothing was touched above the ankle!! We frequent foot reflexology and massage parlors on the regular and felt like we didn't get anything of relative value here. We tipped and were pressured to tip even more with insistent 'begging'!! I came to this place with high hopes and I'm only giving it 2 stars because it was a good massage and for the price, I feel it's a great deal. Ken was my massage therapist. Overall it was a great massage. The massage itself is not what I had an issue with. My issue lies within the inappropriate behavior that occurred in the remaining few minutes of my session. I'm open minded and I'm typically comfortable with my body being touched and I also understand that buttocks are included in a standard full body massage. While working on my inner thighs, he asked if it was okay and yes, it was fine. But when his hands ventured closer to my private area and he persisted even though I squirmed away in discomfort, that's a problem. A HUGE problem. There is absolutely, 100% no reason to have your hands anywhere near there. I feel incredibly violated and am now incredibly wary of where I go and who my massage therapist is I didn't say anything at the time because honestly I tried to brush it off thinking it was no big deal. But as I drove home and couldn't stop thinking about how uncomfortable I felt, I realized that it is definitely a big deal and reading through these reviews I realize I was not the only one who felt this way. He found this amazing place on Groupon and we called the spa and didn't have to make a reservation (we called around 9:30 pm), it was the only few places that were also open this late in the night. I read many of the reviews and they were all pretty positive. I read that Kenny, is highly recommended - to my surprise, he massaged me and he was great! Very thoughtful - he checked in on me periodically and made sure that I was comfortable! Pricing is also pretty great, $23 for 45 min. Check them out. They also have a punch card.
