While it goes through its claims / warranty process. The value isn't worth that place to ever purchase anything anymore. The material on the table I got chipped off. Really wasted investing there. This furniture store is located in a strip mall along Central Avenue with Subway, El Pollo Loco & other shops within walking distance. parking is in a shared lot. Given our choices & how attentive Manuel is, we will more than likely revisit when we've come to a decision about the style, color & configuration of sectional. We shall see

I appreciate that they sell both new and second-hand pieces (we bought both). We worked with Juan, who was pleasant and highly informative and knowledgeable. There were no high-pressure sales tactics. We roamed around the store, taking our time and looking at everything until we were ready to commit. It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a furniture store. They were extremely accommodating with prices, switching out pieces in a set, and delivery times and dates. I hope they continue with their wonderful customer service and great furniture deals. We will be buying from them again.

Not over the top like they are trying to sell you something but like they are genuinely trying to help you find the perfect piece. Got a gorgeous sofa and recliner. Had a certain budget in mind, but fell in love with the furniture and didn't even check the price. Lindsay had given me some time to browse. When I told her I'd take it, I was pleasantly surprised how inexpensive each item was. Both the recliner and sofa are still absolutely flawless. Great price and great quality.

After entering this store, my first impression was that it looked like a Marshalls or Ross. It wasn't until I walked deep into it that confirmed my suspicion. It's basically a store full of home goods and some interesting stuff from various brands. The purpose for my visit was to look for some biscuits or crackers. Yes, they have a section with gourmet foods and snacks. I didn't find any biscuits so I didn't buy anything food or snack related. I was so intrigued by this store, I stayed to walk around and see what else they have. A thought came to my mind... I needed a photo frame so I searched for that. I spent a good amount of time looking for the photo frame, but I eventually found one and bought it. Staff was nice. Prices were okay. Ambiance was interesting. Goods were in good variety and quite intriguing to say the least. Please keep in mind they don't necessarily have the same item stored at the same aisle and/or same shelf... they may be all over the place. It's like a scavenger hunt of home goods and stuff LOL. We called the shop and they came out the following day to check out the issue, without hesitant they told us that they will replaced the chest for us because the drawer was broken. True to their words we received the replacement on the exact time frame they had promised us. Absolutely impressed with the service and of our merchandise. Highly recommend. This location has a wide selection of furniture: couches, office desks, dining tables, cabinets, and more. You can choose between preassembled pieces or ones that aren't. I'd recommend going with the preassembled options, since all the furniture at StockMax tends to have some kind of minor flaw. When it's already assembled, it's much easier to spot any issues. That said, most of the imperfections are really minor--like scratches (see photo as an example) --and it's definitely worth taking a close look before buying. I scored a dresser that was about $20 cheaper than what I saw on Amazon, and it had no major flaws at all. On top of that, the service was excellent. One of the staff even helped me load the dresser into my car. I'll definitely be back!
