California Turf answered my call and said the repair mowers. I stopped by the next morning. The gentleman reviewed my mower and quickly checked if had the appropriate part. Having found the part, he told me he would have to charge me labor to install the part or just pay him for the part and I could install it myself. It would save me $50 in labor. Not only did the gent save me money but he also helped me load my mower back onto my pickup. Good news: it took me less than 15 minutes to replace the part. Bad news: In 15 minutes I was back mowing my lawn. I can live with it.

When you purchase premium agricultural equipment, you expect premium engineering, quality control and customer support. Instead, I experienced poor workmanship, inadequate quality assurance and a complete lack of accountability when problems arose. The Guardian Ag Cab was marketed as a premium product designed for demanding agricultural conditions, but my experience has been the opposite. Issues arose due to improper installation of the battery that wore a hole in the air conditioning condenser of this tractor after 14 months of operation. The aforementioned companies hid behind the 12-month warranty and all they could say is sorry and send money. That issues developed should never have occurred on equipment at this age. As we all know latent defects will supersede warranties. Rather than taking responsibility of the problems, responsibility seemed to be shifted from one company to another, leaving the customer caught in the middle with the resolution other than fix it myself. Linder Equipment Company did not provide the level of service or advocacy I expected from an "authorized dealer". A dealer should stand behind the products they sell and work aggressively to resolve legitimate customer concerns. Instead, I found communication frustrating, and no problem resolution. When a customer invests almost $100,000 in equipment, they deserve prompt attention, competent repairs and companies willing to stand behind their products--not excuses or finger-pointing. What has been most disappointing is that none of these companies appeared willing to take any responsibility for ensuring the customer received what was promised: safe, reliable, properly functioning equipment without obvious latent manufacturing defects. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing equipment equipped with a Guardian Ag cab through Linder Equipment Company unless these companies demonstrate a much stronger commitment to product quality, customer service, and accountability after the sale. His wife is Mexican as well, so this is so absurd to say he's racist. If you knew the man at all, you'd know his story and that he loves his wife very much. David is a very open friendly person. Jackpot. John is not only a very experienced luthier, he is an industry veteran and with encyclopedic knowledge of equipment. Did all the work requested, found some other issues (broken nut), and charged me the original quoted price. His pricing was fair and work was completed on time. You can tell John loves his work and is a great guy. I will never take a guitars or gear to anyone else for repairs. I highly recommend John Dees.

With all 27 holes filled and 366 players, we had a lot of logistics to manage, including heavy traffic and transporting guests from an extra farm-field parking area. Eddie was fantastic in helping us get the right equipment on short notice. We rented one 6-person and two 4-person people movers, which made a huge difference in safely and quickly moving people to and from the event. They also helped us with extra golf carts to keep water and supplies moving throughout the tournament. They let us come out and select the carts, cleaned everything up, delivered them ready to use, and handled pickup/transport back afterward. They were also gracious enough to do this as an in-kind Bronze Star sponsor, which meant so much. On top of that, Kaweah Equipment donated an amazing Yanmar tractor as a hole-in-one prize and helped us procure the insurance needed to offer a $1,000,000 hole-in-one opportunity. We stopped here a handful of times to get some fruit/veges and to support a local place. Fruit and vegetables are highly expensive and not the greatest quality. Nevermind the assortment box for $30. It's about a 12"x12"X 2" height box with random leftover veges and fruits. $30 are you high? I bought some (Sierra Honey Farm) CBD oil from here. Brought it home and tried it. It had ZERO hemp/cannibas/earthy flavor to it and it tasted and had the texture of straight MCT oil. Additionally, it has no batch testing label or CoA which i knew when purchasing but further proved my skepticism after tasting the product. We called right away and explained that to the owner Barbara. She was very defensive and rude and told us she would never sell anything to us again. Perfect, we will never support you again and will let everyone know about you. Expose the fraud. I brought the snake oil back the very next day. Again, this lady is a real treat to deal with. I handed her the product, however, she wouldnt refund with cash or credit card. She insisted i wait a few days until her bookkeeper showed up. Anyhow, i came back the next Monday as my credit card had not been credited when she said it would be. I was told the bookkeeper never showed. I was again told to come back in a few days as she said only the bookkeeper knows how to credit off the card machine and she wouldnt give me cash. So, i finally got refunded when i came back a third time. Throughout the process with the owner (Barbara), i explained to her i was not new to CBD oil. Her BS factor was a 10 scale, especially the part about the product so pure that you wont be able to taste any flavor, her ramblings were quite impressive and defensiveness was very high. On my list for our road trip was to stop at a local fruit store. I knew I'd see at least one along the way and this just happened to be the first one we noticed. The guy was very friendly and offered us samples of orange juice and pomegranate juice. The OJ was pure and freshly squeezed and was insanely delicious. At about $7 for a half gallon, it wasn't cheap, but I'd buy that once a week if I could. So damn good. We sipped on that for the rest of the trip. The pomegranate juice was good too. Considering that most pomegranate juices don't even have much pomegranate in them (if any), it was a nice treat. We also picked up some almond brittle, some dried chili mango, and a bag of Cara cara navel oranges. Sure we can buy them at Costco, but there's just something about getting them from the source (or close enough). Stopping here was a brilliant idea.
