In this case I was undercut at GoAZ so Ridenow was the only place that had my bike. We arrived at 9:45 to be the first in line to reserve the bike I was ready to buy. I told the salesman I was ready to buy, and this is what I want to pay and I don't haggle. After haggling for HOURs with a 7 month pregnant wife who had no food, we weren't even offered a bottle of water! Then I offered a deluxe European trade-in which they said needed to be "appraised". A spotless Ducati with only 1,400 mi? Ok. At almost 2pm (!) I said I need to get my wife some food. They said ok. The appraisal isn't done yet! Upon our return around 3pm we were told the bike still wasn't appraised AND the bike I just purchased was still on the floor! HOURs later after talking to almost anyone who would listen they said my bike was being PMI'd for me to receive it. Wow. We sat there for over 5 hours waiting for an appraisal and my new bike to be ready. At about 5:30pm we were told my new bike was being "test run" and would be ready soon. Wow. When I was finally handed over my keys to my new bike we were both physically and mentally exhausted. My poor pregnant wife was devastated, upset and shaking. Not to mention there were greasy finger prints all over the new orange seat, water spots on the plastic and smears all over the rear view mirrors. I decided this was unacceptable and left a phone message for the GM. Two days later we still didn't receive a call back. My wife finally called in and was forwarded to the on-duty "sales manager" , who said, yeah, sorry we were really busy. He also said "what's done is done. If I could go back to the past I could. You waited days later. There's nothing I can do." Nothing you can do? Where were you days ago when we were PLEADING for answers while we waited 8 hours for my bike to be ready?! Not to mention I wasn't offered the "Tech Pack" option at the time of sale, so now I have to find a dealer and buy it for $900! We even asked if they could offer us a discount on it because of how we were treated and he said "No, it's a direct cost from KTM. I can't help you." WOW. So yes, the rumors are true about Ridenow Powersports. Granted not everyone who works there is horrible. But obviously the trickle down from top to bottom in leadership is failing. This final purchase from RN has sealed the deal and we will no longer purchase from them ever again. If you are lucky enough to have a good salesman and sales manager assist you, consider that an anomaly. But be forewarned. They will not make things right nor accept responsibility for absolutely horrid customer service. If you don't believe me, you can always see for yourself. I did.

It was a very small screw, but it's always the little things that matter in life.!! The biggest issue wasn't just the failed repair -- it was the dishonesty and conflicting information throughout the process. I brought my Maverick R in for an oil leak and was told it was repaired. The exact same leak returned shortly afterward. I eventually drove roughly six hours to bring it back, and they kept it for about five weeks. During that time, I was repeatedly given conflicting information about what was actually wrong, what repairs were being performed, and the condition of my machine. After finally getting it back, the same oil leak returned AGAIN on my first trip and is now substantially worse. Repairs can fail. What I can't accept is being misled, given conflicting stories, and seeing zero accountability when the same problem continues. Based on the dishonesty and the way this was handled, I would never trust Nash Powersports with another vehicle.

Then I took it to a dealership here in Santa Clarita AutoNation Ram and they even told me that they did not even check the truck. They just sold it as is. Don't recommend. At all. Here's why…read more I found a vehicle through TrueCar and was quickly contacted by David Cherba, who was personable, responsive, and even provided a video walkthrough. Although the vehicle was priced thousands above Kelley Blue Book value for an "Excellent" condition vehicle, I decided to move forward based on his assurances. The history report showed a prior accident. David described it as minor, but despite my request, neither he nor the dealership ever provided the CarFax report. Before purchasing, I specifically asked about the vehicle's cosmetic and mechanical condition. David told me, "I'd never sell you something I wouldn't drive off the lot myself." Unfortunately, the vehicle I received did not reflect those assurances. The passenger side has deep scratches from the front fender to the rear quarter panel, six door dents, countless rock chips on the hood, and severe vibration above 30 mph, indicating potential tire, wheel, alignment, suspension, or driveline problems requiring additional expense. After only one week of ownership, I was stranded in Lake Tahoe when the battery failed completely, resulting in a $45 Uber ride, a $275 battery replacement, and several hours of delay. I also discovered two add-on products--dent protection and theft protection--totaling $1,400 that I hadn't realized were included until I received the paperwork. When I requested cancellation of the $699 dent protection plan, I was told it couldn't be removed because it had already been charged. I later learned the product was cancellable, yet I was never provided the required contract or coverage documentation. I was also surprised by a separate $900 cash delivery fee that I believed was included in the purchase price. Although I paid for the vehicle in full, the dealership did not send the title until I contacted them a month and a half later. What initially appeared to be outstanding customer service ultimately felt like a sales process focused on overcoming objections rather than accurately representing the vehicle and associated products. I made a significant investment based largely on those representations and received a vehicle that was not as advertised. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Arizona Signature Motorsports.

Paid over 30k installing mods. Have had electrical issues since day one and these mods were on a…read morefresh new 2024 rig. So no previous work. Components like acumen, switches, rgb light issues, bass knob lights/ features turn off and on randomly doors not hinged even Batman lights randomly change color utv feature of synching music to lights has arrow through mic and won't pick up sound or all lights flash white when you change utv setting from disco to soft etc. . Rugged main headset comes disconnected loud pop if I power down ride command. Fix for "pop" just don't turn off ride command???? Fix it and install it right so it doesn't sound like someone is yanking wires out of an amp. Refusing to honor their workmanship warranty saying "user error or ride command update issue". That doesn't randomly turn features on and off, cause sno sound on external speakers and ground noise through headset. They added clutch kit and now shifter is sloppy and loose. How does that happen? Oh and any response he posts- he turns everything around to make the posting person look to be the bad guy so just wait for it.... Ha

I call over and over again to see if I'm just a lucky guy that is calling when they're already on the phone, but it goes straight to voicemail again so now I decided that it was time to leave a review because for all the good reviews they have that's not the service that I got with the communication trying to get a hold of somebody in the beginning when I drop the car off, Chief was great Communication was awesome. Prices were OK then when I call after pick up, I'm completely ignored and I'm sure there's gonna be a very different rebuttal of course but it's OK once I recover and get into the car to test the clutch I'll be writing another review or updating this one.
