Do not trust this place. They swapped out my battery for me and did not connect it all the way…read moreafterwards. The cap and screw was only set on top of the battery. My car got me from Arizona to the California desert before I made a pit stop, and couldn't start my car back up after. From now on I will go to Costco or O'Reilleys. They also gave me grief because when I bought the battery a year ago, they put the wrong person under the warranty! They didn't clear out the text boxes before taking me in line, therefore the warranty went under a random person that was before me in line! Not cool autozone, train your employees better! I was almost stuck in the desert thanks to you, good thing I had a tool box with me and could screw it in super quick (ten seconds I wish the person had taken to begin with)

I tried getting a jump from someone but it wasn't going to start even after several minutes of charging. Autozone was about a 1/4 mile away. I got a new battery and the service member gave me a ride back to my car and installed the battery. Was very appreciative for the extra service. Well done Autozone!

Also said my brother is know for returning cars like he's trash when the last car had a salvage title and they didn't tell him, lied and the law is you have to state it because it takes a while to register and drive it. These people are so rude, greedy, no heart and rip you off. I don't recommend buying any cars from them they all say runs good but hidden major issues, wouldn't refund after just hours. Just heartless. the woman managers are just wrong and rip offs.

He was having battery issues so I tested it for him and it came back as a bad battery. I told him to take it down to Pep boys since it has its 30month free replacement. He took it down they tested it, they agreed it was a bad battery. They further told him they don't carry that battery anymore and upsold him on a lower end interstate gold battery that's flooded and not AGM for $26. I'm pretty sure free replacement means free replacement. But they upsold him and gave him a crappier battery. He then brought it to me so I can reinstall in his vehicle and the car wouldn't start. The battery has a date code of 1/26. I had to hook it up to a charger for sometime to get it brought back up. The initial voltage said 11.9v and was at 30% capacity. Terrible they should be ashamed of themselves.

It was not serious and I knew I could buff it out but I didn't know what kind of compound I should use. I'm from out of town and the AutoZone where I live, has helpful and knowledgeable employees so naturally I searched for an AutoZone nearby. I walked into the business and talked with an employee, Genia and asked if she would come outside to take a look at the scratch on the side of my car. She came outside with me, looked at the scratch, took her finger and immediately was able to rub some of the residue off. We went back inside the store where she showed me a line of products that would effectively buff the scratches out. She told me that I did not need an expensive compound because the less expensive ones were basically the same product. Genia was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and did not try to sell me a more expensive product. She was pleasant throughout my visit. She is definitely an ambassador for this place of business.
