Since I'm new to the area I wasn't sure where to bring my car for service. I didn't want to get "screwed". I did my research and saw that Ultimate European Repair received numerous positive reviews and I took it upon faith and decided to bring my car there. I was pleasantly surprised by how professional everyone was. I was greeted by Tatiana who was very pleasant and kept me updated as to what was being done and I felt confident that I wouldn't get "screwed". I decided to let them do the work and they stated that I could pick the car up later but I decided because of traffic during the pickup time that I would get it the following day. The next day they provided me with a Lyft to pick up my car. When I arrived Andrew and Tatiana greeted me and showed me the documentation of everything that was done. I felt that the service cost was fair and I feel confident about coming here again in the future.

AAA got me to the shop. I believe the owner greeted me upon arrival and immediately got to work inspecting my bike. While the puncture was large, he assured me it could be patched (not plugged). I left the bike at 1pm and it was ready by 6pm. Here is the thing, the shop was super busy, packed with other customers vehicles , and these guy still got me back in the highway. This company installed an aftermarket radio into my vehicle. I called Streetfighter Motorsports an hour later to tell them the hazard lights were not working, they told me to bring the vehicle back. They said they looked again and all the wiring was correct, but alas the hazard lights do not work. They now say it is a faulty radio that they installed. I won't be going back.
