So when we moved to Oregon we really didn't know if we could have such an effortless and ideal experience. I found Oregon Roads online and read all the reviews. We decided to call them to get a feel of what their service would provide. Joy Rose was exactly what we were looking for. She was professional and understood what what we wanted. Leasing from her went smoothly. We traded in our older vehicle and we got the exact car we wanted in the color we preferred and at the price that matched our budget. Flawless and terrific customer service. We highly recommend this company.

Every experience has been so much better than any of the other places around town. While they don't have the service department or the huge lot of vehicles, the process with them is pressure-free and friendly. Also, you don't spend a whole day at the dealership if you buy from them, they know what they're doing and don't waste time going back and forth between buyer and manager or whatever it is the larger places do to drag things along. They also won't push you to buy something you don't need. Every time we've been there, they've waited awhile before approaching us, letting us look at vehicles without feeling like you're going to be accosted by a stereotypical salesperson as soon as you park on the lot. Also, if you're looking for something really specific, they do offer to do the searching for you and will get you the car you're looking for, if you can't find it here right away. I recommend Oregon Roads all the time!

I'm a Mazda girl through and through, and Kiefer Eugene is the reason why. We've purchased dozens of cars from them over the decades, and through every change over the years, one thing has stayed the same: the incredible care they take of their customers. April Duke and Alex are absolutely the best in the business. April always makes sure we're taken care of, every single time, no matter what we need. If you want VIP treatment and a dealership that actually values loyalty, ask for April Duke or Alex at Kiefer Mazda. I can't recommend them highly enough, 30 years and counting!

Whenever I call I'm told they're having an event, no one is working or at their desk today. I'm given people's emails. I emailed two different people who never responded. This vehicle is my daily so the miles continue to grow as my request is ignored. Don't purchase warranty if you plan on canceling a few months down the road after deciding if the vehicle would run smoothly. This is ridiculous and seems very predatory to be this difficult to cancel a service. My car runs fine, I work at another dealership where they can buy parts and help me out if needed. I truly enjoyed Mazda until this situation

I ended up taking it to Kendal ford and was given a much better price to fix everything. After fixing the leaks and a few other issues that were found, I ended getting the truck back a few days later. unfortunately I was pretty disappointed in how little the technicians cared to properly secure both front wheel well liners and a unsecured catalytic converter, as well as a flashing low engine oil pressure light on my dash. I took the truck back and told consultant Morgan Hargen that my truck was not fixed, he was very quick to take the truck back and fix any issues I was having. About a week later I received a phone call stating that all issues have been fixed and it was ready to be picked up and so far so good, I haven't had an issue since. thanks Morgan

After paying over $25,000…read morefor the truck, within 8 days, the truck was in their shop for approximately 3-4 months due to complete mechanical failure (including throttle control and fuel system components). Completely inoperable. Supposedly there was an "extensive inspection" on this truck, even though it broke down completely 8 days after I bought it, and it had to be trailed back to Kendall Ford of Eugene. While in the shop for nearly 4 months, numerous parts were replaced to include the high pressure fuel pump, the air filter, the air intake, and turbo flanges. But they never corrected the original issue and it had to be sent to multiple dealerships to even become functional again. 8 days after I bought it. Less than 2 years later, the same issue is still prevalent and worsening (electronic throttle control + DPF failure). I contacted the dealership to resolve this directly, and the only solution offered was to trade the vehicle in at a significantly reduced value (worth almost nothing, as it is once again, not functional) with no acknowledgment of the recurring issue despite numerous service records. I will never go back here for any reason. They value their dollar over you, and aren't shy about it. Even knowing I was a veteran coming off a serious car accident didn't stop them from selling me a vehicle that broke within 8 day of purchase. Do you really think they care more about you? Thank you for reading. I will update this review based on how Kendall chooses to handle this situation. Please comment if you want any source documentation at all.
