I was referred to Official Time Watch in Utah and decided to call them to find out more about the process. They service both Omega and Rolex and you have the option of bringing in your item or sending it in (insured and tracked--registered mail) to the store for assessment and repair/service. I checked out their website and also saw some other reviews just to make sure they were the ones for me. I like that they provided an estimate for how long it would be for turn around time, recommended methods of shipment, and were very communicative regarding every step of the way. I was emailed detailed photos and explanations and inquired about every little thing pertaining to the watches. I also received an itemized invoice with specific and pertinent photos. And was given a phone call to verify what action to take for each watch. The email I received also included information for return of the item and a signature confirmation upon receipt. The watches were returned with a printed receipt, care instructions, and put in branded single watch holder boxes. I am extremely happy with the service provided and that our watches were treated with care. I will definitely be using this company again for future needs.

The retailer had to get involved to make it happen. That was in March. I finally get the watch back into my possession in June. Upon receiving the watch, I immediately found the T Bar stripped. Of course, when I sent to them for warranty both T Bars were fine. They are NOT covering this under warranty. I emailed them asking why I was being charged for the T Bar. Their response was to send me an email with a notification for payment and letting me know if I did not pay it they would not repair the watch. So I was forced to pay. AND of course they do not stock the T Bars and it will now be an additional 90 days for parts. Purchased a watch, wore 1 day, wont have had it in my possession for nearly 7 months.

I've been going to Tony for my jewelry needs for the last several years. He takes care to explain to us all the details and the reason for the costs. Even a simple ring cleaning, there are many different ways, and some methods will shorten the lifetime of your jewelry faster than other ways, etc... and with watches, he is the only one I would trust with my high end watches. I'm convinced the lower reviews are merely situations of miscommunication, as sometimes the cost can increase after they get into your jewelry and unexpected issues arise. Tony is by far the most reasonable and accommodating that I've seen in this regards! Another thing a lot of people don't know is that they can have custom jewelry completely fabricated here! I got an engagement ring from somewhere else, but Tony said resizing would cause all the tiny stones to fall out. Instead he had a new ring made in the exact same style, with all the same platinum and the main stone was rated even better than original, at a lower price than what I got it for! Unbelievable... saved me so much trouble and now she's got a ring that fits at a price I could afford. My wife and I have utilized Tony's expertise, and services on several occasions. We have had him perform simple watch repair, ring sizing, to very complex ring repair. Our most recent experience was amazing! My wife had damaged the main stone on her wedding ring. Tony looked at the damage and explained to us our options. The work required to effectively secure the stone without damaging it further, or any other part of the ring, was time consuming, and extremely intricate. Tony took the time required to permanently, and correctly repair the ring, inspect all of the other stones, and clean and polish. Tony takes great pride in his work, and customer service, even reaching out to colleagues in his industry to guarantee that this particular repair was done as cost effectively, and in the best way possible. Look no further. Tony is the best. I recently had a complicated job done that required a new crown, replacing the main stone and resizing. My piece is quite delicate and detailed, so much care and precision was required. Tony's expert work was carefully explained and perfectly done. It can be nerve-racking to place something as precious as a wedding ring over to the hands of a stranger. Be assured that Tony is a master of his craft and takes considerable pride in his work. The job took a bit more time than I had hoped, but even this can be attributed to his meticulous and careful work. A lesser laborer would rush the job or cut corners to make time for other jobs. Tony is a no-nonsense professional who exudes competence. My mom and I took in a ring that my grandmother gave her-- a particularly difficult resizing job, as the emerald was cracked. At first, Tony said he wouldn't be able to do it because he was worried that the process would shatter the emerald. I was a little disappointed, though I understood. But, he thought about it, and then said he would try, since he is always trying to challenge himself to improve in his profession. A few days later, we had a gorgeous ring that fit my finger beautifully-- emerald intact, with a shiny gloss over it to obscure the original crack! I was really panic and need to resize my diamond platinum ring in very short period time. I checked everywhere and couldn't found any jeweler in downtown and other places to help me up, those famous jewelers such as joke and even worse, a week waiting, what the joke. I needed to get 2 watches engraved that we were giving to 2 of our employees at our company dinner. I could not find anywhere that would do it sooner than 10 days and I needed them in 2 days. Not only did they get them engraved within that time, they polished scratches out of the face of the one of the watches that I didn't notice. Tony Luu is amazing!! He is a very trustworthy man, and takes pride in his work. He went above and beyond the call of duty to fix my wife's wedding ring. The head diamond fell out shortly after we bought the ring from a jewelry store. We almost lost the diamond forever. He not only reattached the diamond, but reinforced it so it shouldn't be able to break off the prong again. We highly recommend anyone shopping or needing repairs to go there. I called several other places for ring resizing and they gave me the run around about being able to resize my wife's new ring. I went to Fast fix and the guy was amazing. He did everything I asked and better than I would have expected. Her ring went from a 7 down to a 4.5 and nothing was compromised on the ring. He even reset the stones. It was a little more expensive than I imagined, but WELL WORTH IT. High quality work, super fast turnaround time, and I was completely comfortable and not worried about getting ripped off.
