My wife took a minivan key in today to get replaced. She was initially told that the existing key fob was broken and would likely need replaced. We left the van and grabbed lunch, and when we returned, to our surprise, they were able to repair the existing key fob instead. We had already authorized the cost for a new key, but they fixed the battery leads on the existing fob for only $6.00. It was a very pleasant surprise not to receive a hefty bill after already approving the replacement. My mechanic had worked with them before and encouraged us to use them for the replacement key. The owner easily could have sold us a new key, but instead chose to fix the issue honestly and affordably. I truly believe doing the right thing pays off, and I want to commend this company for doing right by us today.
