When we sold our home, they gave the new home owner access to our account and all of our financial information. We saw a credit card charge show up and when we inquired about it, we were told that it was procedure to change the name on the account and leave all financial and private customer information on the account. For over a month now, I've fought with them for a refund and the credit card company is even having trouble. It's been a nightmare to deal with and maybe a bad review will wake them up. If you are a customer who may be moving and selling your home with your hot tub, beware! You may want to cancel your credit card accounts before they give your info away.

Long story short our builder did a terrible job and our drainage needed to be completely redone. Sean and his team were great to with from start to finish. After evaluating what needed to be done, he gave me a bid right there with options and suggestions to get the project done and I scheduled at the same time. They were back in two days to get the job going. His team evaluated, bid and COMPLETED the job before I got one of the other bids from a company in town. We found out about the leak on a Wednesday. They arrived early on Monday and completed the work the same day. Very pleased with the service and the work.
