I pulled over in the gas station and received help from two wonderful young men. We attempted to jump the battery. It worked but thankfully I followed my mind to let it run for a minute. Eventually it cut off. That's when the second person jumped in. They cleaned the filter. Then jump the battery again for a longer period of time. I felt semi comfortable so I decided to try my luck with my son following in his car. Low and behold it cut off on the side of the road. I called the Motor Club. Before I got a response on what company was coming and a ETA. This wonderful soul pulled up by the name of Michael. He jumped out the truck with a smile and was very professional as well as personable. We verified he was there for my car as that was too fast. You can never be too careful. He spoke with my husband and I for a minute. Then began loading the car. He verified the drop off location and took off. Before I could get home good and cover the bottom of the tub good my Mechanic was calling to let me know the car was delivered. He assessed the problem and Michael was on his way. I couldn't complete my bath until I spoke with his manager "Todd." The world can use a lot more of these young men. Kudos to you all. Your phone number has been saved in my phone in case anybody need a tow. Job well done. Thank you Michael and Todd for hiring this gem.

I dislike potter potty's so I was relieved when I went to the restroom. The woman's restroom only has about 4 stalls so depending on when you go it might be a wait. They have plenty of parking free or reserved. The cashiers are super nice and welcoming. There are no showers yet so make sure to shower somewhere else if needed. I will definitely be visiting soon if I'm ever in the area again!!!!

The exterior doesn't lend any particular ambiance to the business, but that's to be expected with large trucks rolling about everywhere. Inside offers several food options (Subway, Taco Bell and a resturant), large well-kept bathrooms, and a cornucopia of drink, snack and merchandise options. When you want a longer pit stop, this is a great option.

Angels in a tow truck…read more I recently dealt with a car issue that left me on the side of the highway in a panic. Being an anxious, late in life driver, this was the last place I wanted to be or needed to be. Realizing that I didn't have roadside in my insurance plan, I did what any adult would do... I called my daddy. Although he's states away in Texas, we both worked together to find a tow truck and figure out my next move. (Honestly, he did most of the work while I stressed) Soon I received a text from my dad letting me know that I'd be receiving a call soon. When the phone rang, I was connected with Donna the dispatcher who gave me the heads up that her team would be on their way soon. I won't lie, it wasn't a super short wait in time or in my mind. But, it happens! At some point, a nice southern gentleman pulled over to help and actually towed me off of the highway just so I'd feel a bit safer. (Another angel because it was so dangerous out there!) Just a few minutes after I was rescued from the side of the highway I got a call from the towing team looking for me. My dad had made it very clear where I should be so I think they were a bit concerned when I wasn't in place. They met me at the gas station and it was such a quick process getting my car on the flatbed and my dog & I in the cabin. I'm so upset with myself that I don't remember the names of the two sweethearts that picked me up, I was so frantic and frustrated from the morning. But they brought me so much peace! We talked the entire 15min+ ride about the car issues, our love for our dogs and the amazing philanthropy projects they have approaching and how each of their trucks is in honor of a special cause. We got to the dealership safely and they made the pass off so smooth. Having to get a tow truck is never a fun situation I think, but it's much better when the folks behind the wheel are kind. Thanks again for making a crappy day a little better, and for facilitating a smooth save in Georgia with help from a great dad all the way in Texas.
