And they and I'm really happy with how everything turned out. The crew was super friendly and made the whole process easy. They arrived on time, explained what they were doing, and cleaned up after themselves, which I really appreciated. The guards look great on the house, and you can tell they're well-made. I felt confident going with them. Now that they're on my gutters, I can already see the difference--they've kept all the leaves out I usually have wood peckers and I haven't seen them not sure but maybe they don't like them!! We did that but our flat roof picked up so much rain, the filters would not let enough water thru and we had 7" of water on the roof. It was in imminent danger of total collapse. My 84-year-old husband climbed up on the second story roof and tried to make the filters flow. He could not. In desperation, he poked a hole in the filter. That "voided our warrantee." said Justin. They will remove the 4-month old filters but will not refund our purchase price. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau AND the CA Contractors State License Board. If you have purchased a Leaf Filter and it doesn't work, be sure to document everything and start writing complaints!
