I'm SUPER IMPRESSED by the way my living room carpet and couch turned out! Having two cats one being older accidents happen so my light carpet started having stains/odor. I also had some other pretty dark stains that came right up! The deodorizing has made my living room smell GREAT! I love it. Jack is SO friendly and nice. He made sure to take his time and not rush in and out. He really has great attention to detail to make sure he got every spot and pre treated the areas that needed it. Jack saved the day!! After another company cancelled on my last minute, I came across JPS and gave them a call. Jack was very friendly and knowledgeable and sympathetic to my situation (I HAD to have my carpets done yesterday!). Jack added me to his schedule, even though he was already booked for the day. He did a great job on our bedroom carpets (and got the weird smell out of our teenage sons room!) and our living room area rug looks new again. Our house looks and smells so much better. I had used another carpet cleaning service who spent a whole hour cleaning my carpets. The next day my whole house smelled bad. I called, Jack showed up spent about 4 hours cleaning my carpets and our couch...amazing no bad smells, and I can tell their clean because you cant see anymore dirt lines on the carpet where I had my plastic runners. Jack took his time to make sure he got every part of my carpet clean. The couch is my mothers and is about 30 years old but it looks great now. I can't say enough good things about this company. I have to admit to being a little cautious about gong with a company solely based on Yelp reviews, but Jack exceeded my wildest expectations. He answered when I called even though it was after hours, came on time on a day's notice, was meticulous. This is someone who cares about the job they are doing and it is a fantastic job at that.
