The floors came out fantastic!!! They were filthy as I have a dog and a lot of foot traffic. I can now take a damp and then dry paper towel to the floor and the paper towel remains completely white. I highly highly recommend them. They are a professional family owned business with a vested interest in reputation and customer service. I have already recommended them to friends and family. read more

From the moment I first spoke to Alberto, he was attentive to my needs for a 25 year old engineered wood floor we inheritated with our recently purchased home. This floor was the only "thorn in my side" as it just didn't look good with anything I tried. We decided to do a thorough cleaning. Once cleaned of the 25 year build up, there were many small scratches and some faded spots from the sun. He then did a light screening and recoating with some water based polyurethane. Wow, the floors look so smooth, all scrathes filled in and now invisible, and with a brilliant shine from the satin finish. I now love my old "new" wood floors. Thank you Alberto for your detail and experience. I highly recommend Alberto for your floor needs. read more

Bad service- do not recommend I work in the department administration so we hired a lot of this guys to clean after peoples contract is up and I have never had bad experiences until we hired AVS. I'm just wondering if the pictures before and after are real cause definitely it was not real on our end. read more

Second time using AVS and my super old carpet looks new. His prices are reasonable and affordable. I contacted Alberto on Wednesday and he was ready to come take care of my carpet Thursday, lol. I was not expecting that prompt response! My appointment was for Friday at 12 and by 11:45 am he was out side my door. 3 areas plus the hallway was $122.00. I will most definitely recommend AVS! read more

I would recommend AVS Carpet Cleaning. Our carpet had several large spills, sporadic dirt stains everywhere but especially in the high trafficked areas near the entry door and garage hallway. We even had dark spots that looked like mold, and one particular room that had all the above conditions but 10x worse. We were considering to change our carpet and spend beaucoup bucks, however Alberto was able to get our carpet looking nice and decent enough again, so we were able to keep our carpet and save our money! Alberto was professional, prompt and does an excellent job! He was able to accommodate several scheduling changes and communicates if he is running late. He is fair with pricing and is honest about his assessment of the condition of the carpet before and after the steam cleaning. Overall, we were impressed by his work and his professionalism. Thank you Alberto! read more

As the saying goes, a picture says 1000 words. In this case, I've provided the before and after of an evening in which my friend had a little too much to imbibe with. To be honest, my expectations were low. Red wine mixed with the body does not bode well for white carpet. I'm a Yelper as you know, and started my search next day. Alberto was the first to respond and was willing to work with me on time. I couldn't believe the job he did! His price was reasonable and I even provided a tip. Take it from me, Alberto will do his very best to care for your carpet. Gracias amigo! read more

I called on a Sat morning and they were able to schedule a service that afternoon. I never realized how dirty it was until they showed me the before and after pictures. The guy who came to do the cleaning was professional and courteous. My kids were running around the house and kept getting in his way but he always made sure they were safe while moving his equipment upstairs. If you have been contemplating whether to replace your mattress because of the stain or just get the stain removed, I would give them a call before spending few hundred dollars on a new mattress. read more

Alberto from AVS Carpet Cleaning was the first to respond to my request. I had a light colored carpet that hadn't been cleaned in over 2 years and looked like it would never come clean. I was hoping AVS Carpet Cleaning could at least get it to look BETTER. Alberto not only made it look better, he made it look AMAZING! I also liked the fact that he was ready to help at such short notice. By the way...he also got rid of some stains on our couches. They look new. If you are in need of an honest carpet cleaning service with no surprise pricing, look to Alberto at AVS Carpet Cleaning. He did such a great job, I asked him to come back to do 2 more rooms. read more

Alberto is great and was very thorough in explaining services. He recently cleaned our carpet, area rugs and couches. Everything turned out great. We started scheduling him every 6 months now. I would highly recommend this company. read more

I've had carpets cleaned many times and thisn as one of the worse. Granted he beige carpet had stains and traffic patterns but and knew it wouldn't be perfect. But after it dried it appeared no better than before. I took canned carpet cleaner and took out stains easily. He pretreated but didn't work. He wore headphones and whole time and was hard to get his attention. We rented a Rug Doctor and for half of what he charged, we got them cleaned much better. Second. He canceled two prior appts we made due to employees not showing or over booking. I had to change my schedule again and having already moved furniture to.other areas of the house, i had to live with the disruption for 5 days. STAY AWAY!! read more

I just had my carpets and cleaned and asked Albert if he could come a day early and was able to come. Had a high traffic area and he was able to get that out. Carpets look brand new again. I'm very happy with the results read more

Went online to look up AVS after seeing their truck on the road, I was so pleased to see an online booking platform on their website! It was so easy to book and was able to get an appointment so soon! I could even have picked a time slot the same day if I wanted to! Alberto showed up, was very professional, knowledgeable and got the job done quickly and efficiently! Very happy with my cleaned carpet, we have a carpet cleaner but it doesn't compare to a professional deep cleaning! AVS will be our go to from now on. Definitely recommend! read more

Alberto was awesome, he was the only professional carpet cleaner that answered my call on Friday evening and made himself available to work on Saturday morning. It was raining cats and dogs, but he continued to diligently work in the rain. He left my new office immaculate in no time. Would definitely recommend Alberto to anyone that needs professional carpet cleaning! Thanks again Alberto!! -Walter read more

Alberto was kind and very reasonable. He was also fast and did an amazing job on cleaning both my bedroom carpets including a rug. The rug was really dirty to the point where i was ready to throw it away, but nope, it was left very clean. I received a message letting me know he was on his way ( on route). He was punctual and very professional. AVS Carpet Cleaning offers really good and reasonable pricing. They are also super fast at responding back. I would highly recommend them and i will definitely use them in the future again! Thank you very much for coming out here in such short notice. read more

Excellent job on a move-out cleaning. Had them do carpet and tile and both look great. Never knew the grout was actually a lighter color!

I needed a smaller sectional cleaned. I contacted AVS and Alberto was my contact. He was quick and to the point in asking the right questions to get a quote quickly prepped. His quote was accurate and very competitive and due to this I asked him to come out next day. We setup a time. Parking was a little iffy but he made it work. He came in, introduced himself, offered an upgrade package but there was no pressure at all to spend more money. He popped in his headphones and got to work, very to the point which I appreciate. I wish I took before photos of the couch because the difference is night and day. He came prepped with professional grade equipment. AVS takes all forms of payment including venmo and zelle. My girlfriend came home later that night and the first thing she did was comment on how clean the couch was. Thanks again AVS read more

This is the second time I've used this company to clean my pet stained carpet (training puppies ain't easy!). Not only is the carpet once again smell free, but the response time was quick, I was kept continually informed as to the arrival time, and the owner is so kind and friendly! I feel 1000% comfortable with him being in my home. He came prepared with a face mask, which is great considering that at the time of this review we're still dealing with Covid. I highly recommend AVS and will be using them any time I need my floors cleaned (they do more than this, check out their list of services!) read more

I live in an old apartment plus accidents from my dog, my carpets looked disgusting. Alberto made them look and feel great. His prices are competitive than the other companies, especially since I live on the 2nd floor, everyone else wanted to charge almost double because they would need to use a "portable cleaning system." He had no problem taking care of business and was in and out. He's friendly and informative. When he arrived, explained what he'd be doing, expectations of what will happen with the carpets in the future, and checked if everything was to my satisfaction when completed, ready to go over anything I may not have been happy with. I'll definitely going to use him again in the future. read more

I found this company on Craigslist. I texted early Sunday morning and Alberto texted back by 9am. This showed me that the company is very responsive at all times. I needed someone for Monday. I texted him the number of rooms, etc. I gave him an honest expectation of the area to be cleaned. He gave me an honest quote. No change. He came and was very pleasant, professional, friendly and accommodating. My schedule was very busy so we had to juggle the time a bit. I met him at my place but I could not stay, so I paid him and left. Normally, I would never ever pay a person in advance. But, I could tell he was honorable and was going to provide quality work. Incidentally, he is a little more expensive than the cheapest I could find, but I choose to take a chance that he would provide better service and he did. So, if you want the absolute cheapest, he's not your pick. But, if you want the job done very well for a fair price, he's a solid pick. I would hire home again and I would recommend him. read more

I had my carpets cleaned in my apartment by AVS in July. He was able to reach my 3rd story apartment with extra hoses connected to his truck mounted system, unlike other places I called who only had portable units. He took his time explaining to me the process and applied a pre-treatment for stains. I also had him clean an area rug for a little bit more money. Overall I would definitely recommend AVS for carpet cleaning. The prices are very good and the quality of work is great! read more

It is hard to know who to trust, and who will take pride in their work! I needed someone, to help with a very dirty hallway in our apartment complex. I connected with Alberto who immediately was willing to help and take on this challenge. There had already been one prior attempt. That company who barley cleaned up the high traffic dirty areas. WELL....Alberto did an EXCELLENT Job!! He was professional and did the job for such a fair price! I know he does other cleaning challenges and I will be using him for upholstery too.
