She meticulously removed old grout and mold, installed new permanent grout, cleaned years of hard scum buildup from the shower frame, and even repaired several broken tiles. Shay went to several places looking for the perfect tile pieces to match the existing pieces. The transformation is incredible--my shower looks brand new, and she saved me a lot of money compared to doing a full remodel. I did a good ol' Yelp search and created a project for my couch cleaning needs. John was the first to reach back out with a quote and was super responsive! I like to move quickly especially with getting these couches cleaned. I did a pre-clean myself and it was intense so John had his work cut out for him. The first pass through made more of the dirt come out...scary! But he was honest and said if it still was there after it dried, he'd come back and clean it. It smelled great, but it was still a bit stained. John was kind enough to come back and do another pass for no additional charge! Second time's a charm! He did a great job and honestly, it was John's customer service and honesty that sold me! I am glad I can support a small local business, and with kids, I will definitely be using his services again in the future!

First, our rep Robert came to our house with tons of options and suggestions. He was able to give us a wide variety and help us select something that uniquely fit our style and budget. He was easy to get a hold of and responded quickly with any questions we had. When we came to the showroom, Robert dopped everything to lead us through the selection process. We could tell he was highly knowledgeable and much more intent on making us happy rather than upselling us on unnecessary products. When instillation day came our installers, Miguel and Israel, were also very professional and highly knowledgeable and skilled. Rarely have I seen harder workers than these two! Their attention to detail--such as lining up the carpet pattern on the stairs and making sure the cut pattern on the risers were balanced--was impressive. Long version is that both tubs were ruined by living in this house 21 years which made them dingy, my mother in law's assisted chair set up which scratched up the bottoms, and our teenagers dying their hair which set black and blue color permanently into the scratches. One tub was acrylic and the other was metal, (determined by me testing a magnet). They both looked really bad and dingy and I was pretty concerned that the metal one was bound to start rusting out with continued use. The tubs looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years even after a deep cleaning. There was no shine. I was embarrassed to have guests use the restrooms, as there's absolutely nothing you can do to hide a bathtub. So I read a lot of reviews and got a few quotes. OBR had a good price to begin with plus they offered a 10% cash discount. I also liked the idea that they were so confident about the finish not yellowing. I have a few re coated tubs in a rental property that have held up over the past 25 years but they have yellowed over time and are ugly. I'm going to invest in having OBR redo those tubs in the near future. I only needed to do the insides. The outsides still looked shiney and new. Serge recommend that I let him remove the drain kit so the white coating did not get on that metal and that gave me the opportunity to run over and buy new drain kits (for about $25 ea) and that was the finishing touch. Both tubs now look BRAND NEW and have a very glossy, almost wet, looking finish. I am thrilled with the end result and feel I most definitely made the best choice in hiring these guys. I wasnt too concerned about the potential smell but if you are, the process is indeed odorless. Serge told me it might take around 6 hours but it actually took about 4.5 hours for him to do both tubs. I had left him home while I was out and had to come back sooner than expected since he finished early, and he was very gracious waiting for me to return. The coating only takes 1 day to cure. A+ experience all the way around.
