I'm understanding and sympathetic to new employees learning on the job and with businesses being understaffed with Covid but cackling with your co-workers openly in front of customers who are trying to get help, having multiple broken machines that hold up lines/take forever to even get a receipt, a cashier who doesn't know how to apply coupons nor do a proper return is unacceptable.
