While frankly at that point he could have taken advantage of my position and charged me for services not needed he did NOT. He was more than fair...found I needed an engine coil previously serviced by another who used an Autozone part that failed. He replaced it with a certified Engine Coil and replaced a TPM sensor. The price was more than fair for diagnostic and repair. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and Fernando for squeezing me in at midday. His customer service is Top Notch. The fact that he was honest and reliable is often overlooked by customers. Please support this business! I talked to the mechanic at the time and he wanted to work on it but was told by the owner multiple times to not work on it as the other jobs were faster and brought in the money. Overall pretty disappointing. This was almost four years ago now and I'm still not over it.
