My check engine light was flashing and surging and as a result the car would lag when trying to pick up speed. I was supposed to travel to Southern California that weekend. I searched yelp and Fernando at One Stop tire and Auto repair got me in the same day...along with the services that were already being performed by others. While frankly at that point he could have taken advantage of my position and charged me for services not needed he did NOT. He was more than fair...found I needed an engine coil previously serviced by another who used an Autozone part that failed. He replaced it with a certified Engine Coil and replaced a TPM sensor. The price was more than fair for diagnostic and repair. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and Fernando for squeezing me in at midday. His customer service is Top Notch. The fact that he was honest and reliable is often overlooked by customers. Please support this business! Told me he was going to fix my AC so I trusted him and he did not fix the AC. It still did not work after hundreds of dollars. So I originally left a bad review and he texted me begging me to take it down and give him another chance. So stupidly I gave him another chance. This time he told me a specific part that would be needed to fix the AC. So I agreed to the price it would be and what I would be paying when I picked up my car. So this time me and my bf go in together and sure enough some weird stuff happens again. We went up to pay and he says it's $400 more than we verbally and texted and agreed on. And he ordered a completely different part than the one we agreed on him getting to fix my AC. And we say to him well you said it would be I think he said it was $300 and when we got there he said $700! And we were upset and said how did it turn from $300 to $700. And it was because he ordered another part without informing us. So he said "just give me whatever you can, $400 isn't nothing to me." And I said "well it's a lot to me." And who says "pay me whatever you want then." Like that tells me everything I need to know. So we end up paying the agreed price and take the car and the AC works half the time and if it's too hot it completely stops blowing cold air. It's a 50/50 chance. I will NEVER go to him again. He's a pathological liar. He begged me to take my original bad reviews down and screwed me over a second time so I'm not taking them down. read more

I contacted this business about week ago on yelp to see if they can help with me with my car AC. It's been blowing hot air for about a year, being a girl it's hard to find places that will be honest with you and won't screw you over because you aren't knowledgeable in this department. I received a fast response, was given an idea of what it might be and where we need to start to figure out the issue. I brought my car in on the weekend.
