David and his assistant, Raphael arrived on schedule to investigate the loss of power issue I was experiencing in the garage, laundry room, and bathroom outlets. David was not only very professional in his work, but was also very warm, down -to-earth, and non-intimidating to speak with. He addressed all my concerns. He even tried assisting me with correcting possible culprits over the phone. This was unheard of for me. I have never interfaced with any professional before who tried to help you over the phone for free! But David did. And I am truly thankful for that kindness. Electrical testing was now required to locate, repair and restore functionality. While here, he quickly got to work examining all the outlets and testing the panel. I left him to his work. The problem was discovered quickly, and he showed me why the power was not coming on. Fortunately, he had available with him the replacement part I needed which saved a trip to pick up the part. Worked like a charm! After 4 days of no power in the garage, I am truly a very happy camper! David verified that power was restored to an outdoor outlet that had stopped working as a result of the outage, as well as my alarm system. He offered great advice for things to be on the lookout for that could overload the system and trigger another outage. The owner and his assistant came out on time to fix problems with no power in laundry room of 3 unit building. In 20 minutes he found problem in the PG&E meter. It was not working. The good news we did not have to pay him thousands to replace fuse box. It was PG&E problem. It cost me $290 for his time. His be price is high for 30 min of work. But, it is ok to get the answers right away. Before we got to the problems, he did tell me it is better to change the whole box instead of changing a fuse. Since the box was old. read more

I accepted the estimate and they completed the work that day. There were some unexpected obstacles while routing the grounding through the attic, so I'm sure the job took longer than he had originally anticipated. I was pleasantly surprise, David was on time and a very nice gentleman. he did fix my problem so I'm happy, but I do feel he took advantage of an old lady. it was $150 if simple fix, but then went on and on about it could be a broken wires in the wall and would take time to figure it out. and even though hard to quote but probably $475 well 15 minutes later it was fixed, no broken wires just not a very good connector in the wall socket in my bathroom. so all in all took him one hour , I thought $475 was a little much when other electricians charge $225 to $250 per hour, I think a fair price should have been more like $300, but I understand I am paying for his knowledge. overall though he is good at what he does read more

Over priced. Changed a simple breaker, took less than one hour and charged over $200. Oh and they were late and didn't even call, just showed up. I would not recommend Response to David: #1- nobody ever expects anything for free so point not taken. #2- we didn't ask for two electricians. One held the flashlight. #3- don't give a quote explaining the amount would be applied towards the labor and then charge more when the job turns out to be simple. #4- we had to pay for two breakers when the problem was only one but they couldn't find the part so hey, why not, customer is paying anyway. From then on, it was extremely smooth co-ordination and we agreed that he would send en electrician to fix my switch the next day. However, later in the day I smelt something burning near the switchboard and so I was a little concerned. I sent a message to David about this. I needed a outlet in my garage and we had the existing conduit from the panel to the wall but it had 6x 90 degree angles!!! and was a flexible pipe so pulling wire through that was a nightmare. He figured out a way to get it from the panel to an adjacent wall in the Garage and did an excellent job adjusting to the circumstances. His crew cleaned up and fixed the drywall holes he had to make. I appreciated his honesty and his knowledge about how to get the job done within budget. I can 100% understand why this place has so many 5 star reviews. I called a few minutes ago in panic because half of my outlets/lights went out. I explained the situation nearly in tears because I couldn't imagine having someone come in the house during COVID (we have a high-risk patient). As someone who knows nothing about this stuff, he could have easily charged me and even told me I needed to pay something to hear his advice. But he didn't. He told me it's simple and I just needed to flick a switch back on again. Then he in-detail went over how to do it and told me what not to touch.
