BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY IN WARRENSBURG: Company has not returned to finish the window and siding job…read morestarted in March and via email they are not going to complete the job but they're wanting the final payment! We are still sitting with no sliding glass door, no side door, no screen door, no shutters, no outlets and vents replaced, and windows that are needed uninstalled and reinstalled correctly per a Pella premium installers, along with the new siding that will need painted due to damaged pieces being installed and nails being covered with colored cocking. This is per the James Hardie company after sending pictures. This all started because I had a leak in my roof and I contacted this company to do a brand new roof and was sold on windows and siding. With the rain we have received the last few weeks, you can hear raindrops coming in around my chimney where the original leak started. After another roofing company came to my home last week to see why I was hearing water dripping behind my fireplace when raining, we were informed and shown pictures that my roof was not properly installed! I am obviously not a roofer and I thought at least the roof (which I have paid for in full) was probably done correctly to now be informed that it also was not done properly and now literally every part of this job has to be redone!!! Per our contract, we are to have mitigation before any legal action can be taken! So how is it a company with this stipulation is able to just walk away from a job because it is just too much to correct and make right?!? There is a reason this company has shut down the Lees Summit location and is only practicing out of Warrensburg Missouri! And how long until they are shut down in Warrensburg? I have never placed a bad review for any company until this has happened with Integrity Roofing, Siding and Windows!!! I have been taken advantage of beyond belief and fell for every line they gave about being a Christian based God-honoring company!!!! People can lie but PICTURES DON'T....

When we had our first hard rain we had water pouring in thru the fan. I got up on the roof and found they had pinched the exhaust hose together and nailed the roof vent on top of it. When you see something like that it says a lot about the people who did the work. Later when I had another leak they dismissed it as "wind driven". Another time I had a consistent leak. They sent a person out who did siding and windows to give me an unbiased inspection. He didn't find anything wrong with the way it was installed but said if I could get a video recording of it I could contact them to prove it. I'm a truck driver so I'm not home when it's happening. Finally I did get it and contacted them and was told that I was out of the warranty period. "2025" Now I have multiple leaks. A roof inspector has gone over the roof and found "dozens" of nails that were either in between the shingle joints or just under the shingle tabs. The previous 3 roofs I had installed had "0" problems. "Sorry to say" I'm disappointed.

The project commenced on March 12th, and from the outset, there have been glaring issues with the quality of work and professionalism displayed by Jordan, Payton, and their crew. Throughout the project, the crew consistently arrived late, departed early, and displayed a general disregard for safety protocols, resulting in hazardous debris being left on the property. Despite assurances from Jordan and Payton regarding the timeline and quality of work, the project has been marred by delays, incomplete tasks, and a general lack of attention to detail. It is evident that the team either lacks the necessary expertise or does not prioritize quality workmanship. shields Specific issues include the failure to adhere to roofing standards, such as the absence of felt and ice and water shield, no installation of ridge vents, used old turtle vents which are not supposed to be used on a standing seam metal roof, and the reuse of damaged vents. The standing seam roof was installed over the existing asphalt shingle roofing which will void the manufacturer's paint warranty, The roof-to-wall flashing was installed on the outside of the siding. This will cause water to get under the metal roof system and will eventually damage the decking and interior of the home. The roof has vents and pipe jacks that comply with an asphalt roof system not standing seam. These vents and pipe jacks are top mounted to the standing seam roof panels which will cause massive leaks due to backwards water laps. The chimney and skylights are not flashed properly this will cause massive leaks in the future. The chimney is live stone and requires special materials to tie in with a standing seam roof system. The furnace pipe is top-mounted to the standing seam roof system, the furnace pipe is supposed to have a special high-temperature rubber boot that has a butyl flange to mount to the standing seam roof system. The roof has multiple dents and scratches all over the surface causing future paint failure and functionality of the roof system. Additionally, the flashing around the ridge vents and chimney is incorrect, posing potential hazards. The facia remains in a deplorable state, requiring immediate attention. Furthermore, Jordan and Payton's breach of contract regarding the placement of gutter guards at no additional cost and ambiguous timelines exacerbates the situation and payment. Despite repeated requests for proof of material orders and completion timelines, no satisfactory response has been provided. Given the extensive list of issues and the unanimous recommendation from multiple roofing companies against salvaging any part of the roof. I am left with taking them to court since they will not complete the roof for insurance to cover. Cass County Metals has not attempted to resolve this issue. These people know nothing about roofing. You will find it hard to find a worse roof than what I have.

They were honest about what we needed, efficient, courteous, and did a spectacular job in a short amount of time. They left our outside clean and in great shape after the construction. When contacted the team, I received a response in less than 24 hours and sometimes I received the response in person. They even fixed a problem with the roof that had never been resolved by a roofing company to ensure I didn't continue to have issues with water run off ruining my soffits. Every day they left the job site cleaner than it was when they started the job. My family and I always felt comfortable with everyone that was on site and they ensured there was as little disruption to our daily lives as possible.
