They wanted to put dye in to check where the leak was and said it was leaking everywhere- had to replace all the hoses and may have to get a new compressor, etc. the estimated cost of repair to the AC working was $1800. They claimed to have put in several hours tracking down all the leaks. I told them I couldn't afford that and they would discount the hours to generate good will, etc. I think they charged me around $500 which included an oil change but did nothing for my AC other than an expensive diagnosis. When my regular mechanic came back from vacation he looked at it and said it was a minor problem he sees all the time. He replaced some seals and charged it up with Freon (it is still working) and told me there were no leaks in the hoses and compressor was fine) he charged me $186. So great to work with an honest mechanic! These guys are not honest and prey on people who trust them. Don't trust them and take your vehicle to another place for a second opinion. I think you'll find it doesn't have the problem they said and it will be much cheaper. I saved over $1600 by just saying no thanks.

When I got the call I came in only to wait 45 minutes after being told they could get to me right away. The good: once they got it in the bay it was quick. Also able to remove my spare tire from rusted carrier and replace the spare. Very friendly and helpful. Please don't ask people to pay up front for tires they don't have.

By Wednesday, after driving no more than 20 miles on local roads and on the way to take my 11 month old to daycare, my brake light flashed on and immediately I lost braking ability. They felt as if I was pushing on a sponge. I was able to get the vehicle to a local Ford dealership who quickly identified that one of the main suspension bolts was out on backwards which pinned and eventually cracked my brake fluid lines causing the brakes to go. I reported to Xlusive within the hour who stated they would pay for the repairs if they could do the repairs themselves. In this process, the local manager admitted that the bolt had been placed on backwards. The following day around 1pm, Xclusive called to inform me that they had finally reached out to the dealership (took a bit as they were searching for a part that they ordered incorrectly) and the repair had already been completed. Now, this local manager backed out of taking any ownership in the issue because "he didn't want to pay what the local Ford store was charging" and "I should have not let them do the repairs". He then proceeded to tell me that they put the wrong tires on my car (more valuable) and I should even itself out. So, what he told me was Xclusive not only could not handle the leveling kit, but they could not even handle the tires either. At the end, after the manager declined to help after a took the vehicle to a reputable dealer and told me that he had a lawyer also and we could go talker route. Beware when looking to hire Xclusive for what should be simple job.

You cannot see any evidence of the wreck. The body work is flawless and the paint is perfect. Our Insurance adjuster commented on the thorough estimate and the supplemental estimates necessary after everything was disassembled. He said the attention to detail was very noteworthy. it was ready when promised. As we picked it up they noticed the backup light on the left side was defective on the replaced part. They had to order a subassembly to correct it and 2 days later my wife dropped back by and it was repaired in 30 minutes while she waited in the air conditioned office. I told him my amazing hot-rod 2009 Nissan Rogue was running pretty ruff and he said he'd take a look for me. A few minutes later he walked into the waiting room (which was clean and stocked full of various forms of entertainment, even a place for the little ones) with a bone dry dipstick (whoops). He didn't scold me or even give me that whole "she's a girl, she doesn't know any better..." Because I do know better! My Father is a retired A-10 pilot and I was raised to be the son he never had!! Sorry, got a little off topic there... Louis explained I was in dire need of an oil change and I explained I only had enough to cover the cost of the inspection. Well, Louis being the rockstar that he is topped off my fluids, gave me a Military discount (which left me enough to actually pay for my registration!). I love you Louis! I love very pretty girls who work the reception desk as well, they always have something hilarious to say and make you feel completely at home when you are there.
