I had a few minor issues with a few items I had done here, but Abe was able to get me fixed up. Came here a few months ago to get some new tires, wheels, lift & a bed cover for my new truck. My wheels are beautiful, well matched for my truck and are working out well, no issues there. As far as the tires, I went with their featured Predator 35x12.5x20 AT tires after being convinced they're pretty good & comparable to the Nitto's. These tires ride decent but are a little loud on smooth/new pavement. Wish I went with the Nitto's but it's all good. I'll see what happens after a rotation. Not a big issue. I got a 3.5" lift that went ok but later decided to upgrade to a 6" lift both because the tires were rubbing despite quite a bit of cutting and I wanted a higher lift. I had a few issues with my 6" inch lift. It appears something may have happened during installation or alignment because when I got my truck back, all type of alerts were going off & it was stuck in 4x4. Fortunately, whatever happened, I was still under warranty so the dealership was able to fix it for free. I'm not really sure what happened here but I was able to get it addressed. Lastly, the Bed Cover. I was debating between a tri-fold & retractable. Abe convinced me to check out the Rough Country retractable cover so that's what I went with. Had problems with it since day 1. Within a month it became unaligned and within 2 it completely stopped retracting. Brought it back to them both times and they actually made it worse. After discussing this issue with Abe and several miscommunications, he was able to get this addressed for me. I can't say my experience was 100% perfect but I really appreciate Abe for being patient and helping me to get my issues resolved. Abe is a stand up guy, down to earth, mellow and helpful.

They left 90% of my bolts loose, wires hanging, my brake lines zip tied as well as taking my complete air ride system out! I have a 2015 Yukon XL 4X4 Denali!! They left us and others unsafe to be on the road, we have 3 small children ourselves! Others are having some of the same issues! They charged us for items then refused refund!! Try to contact ANYONE within their 4 locations or the OWNERS involving matters, they will get hostile, ignore you, "Ban" you & say they will press charges if we continue to reach out!! When I showed up to get the vehicle I was given some song and dance about the wheels had to be machined and they couldn't do it for the quoted price. But, they were happy to not inform me of this before they did a lousy job and held my vehicle hostage for payment. I was able to get the tire inflated thanks to the valet crew so I could get home but desperate to get the tire fixed before I had to shuttle my client around all day and evening. I found Montrose Mobile Tire here and was so impressed by the number of 5-star reviews. Made an easy online appointment for early the next morning and Oscar showed up on time and had my tire permanently patched in 15 minutes. He was so professional and helpful and I was on my way on time to pick up my client. There was a second part to the story, however. The tire started going flat within a couple of days. Normally this would lead to a negative review but I reached out to Oscar and explained the situation. I was able to get an immediate appointment and he discovered that he had had 1-2 other incidents where the patch had still resulted in a leak on this particular tire and it also could have been a faulty patch. Either way, he triple checked my tire for any other causes for the leak and installed a new patch and tested it, leveled the air pressure in all my other tires and said to call him if there are any other issues with it. While it took two trips, I appreciated the quick response, the dedication to making things right and his willingness to address any issue if one occurred again with the tire.

I took my FOrd F150 to them because my regular mechanic was taking vacation when my AC went out…read more They charged me a diagnostic fee to look at it and said there was a big problem with the entire system. They wanted to put dye in to check where the leak was and said it was leaking everywhere- had to replace all the hoses and may have to get a new compressor, etc. the estimated cost of repair to the AC working was $1800. They claimed to have put in several hours tracking down all the leaks. I told them I couldn't afford that and they would discount the hours to generate good will, etc. I think they charged me around $500 which included an oil change but did nothing for my AC other than an expensive diagnosis. When my regular mechanic came back from vacation he looked at it and said it was a minor problem he sees all the time. He replaced some seals and charged it up with Freon (it is still working) and told me there were no leaks in the hoses and compressor was fine) he charged me $186. So great to work with an honest mechanic! These guys are not honest and prey on people who trust them. Don't trust them and take your vehicle to another place for a second opinion. I think you'll find it doesn't have the problem they said and it will be much cheaper. I saved over $1600 by just saying no thanks.
