He likes his job and he has stories to tell. He got the car loaded in 5 mins and we were off! We actually had a little fun on the ride to the drop-off point with our driver. The staff is friendly, helpful and competent and they don't push services. They made the repairs promptly and provided an estimate of the cost in advance. Turns out my neighbors have been using them for over 25 years and had only good things to say.
