They will help you find the perfect gift, and they are able to help you figure out which coupons are the best to use for your transaction. This store is generally well organized and has a good selection. Clerks are most always very pleasant. I stopped in today to pick up several cards, including my monthly free card. I easily found the cards I needed and was pleased with the selection. One of the staff checked on me to be sure I was finding what I needed. There is one member of the staff, though, that usually doesn't even look up to greet customer. I was taken by surprise today when she actually said, "Hello." read more

For the record, all Hallmark shops are super awesome. This one is no exception. I have shopped here several times and always able to find what I need. Staff is always available and eager to assist and friendly. It must be part of their hiring regimen. Fun store that has a huge stock of cards for anything you can ask for. Of course holidays, but also for the loss of a pet or loved one, leaving a job or saying goodbye to a co-worker - anything you can imagine. But the GIFT supply is amazing. You can always find the perfect gift here. If you need to buy a gift for someone that you don't know what to get, shop at this store for great ideas. I recently found my husband a stylus pen that can also write so he has a pen available at all times and if he wants to use a stylus, he has it. Candles galore and scents for the home. Lampe Berger can be hard to find but they have them here with the fragrance refill available. Wrapping paper and gift bags that are a step above everywhere else. You can just tell the difference in the quality. Only problem with this store is it is in a very vacant shopping center so they don't really get random shoppers. You are usually looking for a Hallmark store when you go here. It's a shame they do not move to a more lively location. I am from Ca and wanted to find some certain Christmas ornaments. On the internet it said that they had 5 of the certain ornament I wanted. When I arrived the worker informed me they never got any in. So she then asked if I wanted the display. Of course I said yes. They were also out of the one I wanted for my granddaughter who lives in Tx and gave me the display of that one also. The customer service was awesome in this store!! When I am back in town visiting I will visit the store again. I also got all the good stuff for my Hallmark Christmas movie marathon !!!!! Typical Hallmark store...people are nice and a lot of reasonably priced items great for gifts. However, this is AUGUST and the shelves are stocked with Christmas items. Enough already...let's enjoy summer, Labor day, Halloween, & Thanksgiving first!!! read more

I was glad we have a nice card store in the neighborhood so I came here today to buy Christmas cards. The boxed cards were scarce, most shelves were empty. I picked a couple boxes and wanted to shop for personal Christmas and birthday cards but it was uncomfortable hot in the store. I mentioned it while in line and another woman said she was sweating in there. There were two employees at the two registers; one was helping customers and the other was going through products. The older employee lady turned the air conditioning down and went back to her work. I was in line for over 5 minutes and although I was in no hurry, it was aggravating that the other employee didn't offer to ring me up. She could have mentioned that the register was broken or she was on a break but she didn't. When the couple in front of me was having problems with their payment (they purchased over $100 of items), it seemed I'd be there for awhile. I put my items away and left. I wanted to support our local store, but if they don't care about customer service then I don't care if they stay in business. read more
