I had been told that J's was the best Chinese around. Sadly, it was anything but. We had been told that they were backed up, so we waited patiently but when we got home, the food was cold and part of the order was missing. Not sure who would like this food, but it was objectively bad. We will not be going back. Perhaps our worst meal in Boca in three years.

Worst Chinese food I've ever had. First off the delivery guy was a jerk, very rude because he couldn't find the right door that was clearly marked with address. The food seemed hours old. Spare ribs dry. The hot and sour soup looked weird it was yellow. Usually it's brown. Won't be ordering from here again.

Given the mediocre reviews and some being down right nasty... I felt I needed to give this place a try and see for myself what type of Chinese restaurant this actually was.... and, boy!! I was pleasantly surprised. We got Singapore Noodles (spicy), sesame chicken, egg roll, vegetable fried rice, and wonton soup. First of all, the portions are HUGE. Second, when going into the restaurant... the place was spic and span clean with a clear view of their kitchen. Third, they have three supersized wontons in their small soup order and last, their Singapore noodles rank right up there and if not better than Kings Palace on 163rd... so, for a Chinese take out place in the neighborhood... this is your place... I feel really bad for J, bc of the negative reviews he received... this is a top notch place and one I will definitely come back to!!! :)))

Vegetable lo Mein was pretty good, crab Rangoon chewy not crunch, filling was nice. Oranges chicken did not like but not spicy.

It took over two hours to even get the food. The food was mid. Absolutely nothing special. Avoiding this place from here on out.

YES! YES! YES! YES AGAIN!…read more My boyfriend and I had date night last Saturday, and it was our first time dining here. The staff was really nice, the restaurant was super clean, and the ingredients were fresh. I had the spicy Taiwanese soup base. My boyfriend had the Coconut Tom Yum. We enjoyed a nice selection of different meats such as pork, lamb, and beef. Seafood options include shrimp, squid, and octopus. Quail eggs, frog legs (if you're into that :), and tofu. The conveyor belt was super fun because you could watch it as it went by and pick up whatever garnishes you wanted. Green onions, mushrooms, parsley, cilantro, cauliflower ... I could go on and on. We also had dessert. My favorite is the red bean and macha ice cream! Can't wait to go back! ***ALSO order the tea***

This place is in a outdoor shopping plaza. Plenty of parking lot parking. We came at about 5:30 on…read morea Saturday and we're seated right away but by the time we left around 6:30 the place was poppin' and there was definitely a wait. This place offers a set price for Hot pot and is buffets style as well as conveyor belt delivery for veggies; you just swipe what you want. You start by picking a soup of choice and then you gather the food you need, cook it yourself in the pot and there are instructions and available on the wall for cooking times. It's relatively straightforward. Be careful with how much you grab as they will charge you for any excessive leftovers. I got the tom kha and my fiance got the tom yum. He found his soup to be a little on the lemony side for his taste but I think that's just a preference not a reflection of the quality of the soup. I loved my coconutty tom kha. Our waiter showed us how to operate the dial and gave us information about cooking time recommendation. We ordered some hot tea and had a wonderful time. The buffet appeared to be clean and the food fresh and well kept. I tried a variety of meat as well as seafood. The shrimp had a little bit of a previously frozen kind of taste but the scallops were excellent. I think in the end I'm not a big fan of the red meat even though it cooks quickly and tastes fine I just think preference wise I more so enjoyed loading up on the vegetables and noodles. The best thing I had there was the gyoza, so freaking good, highly recommend. It is worth noting that my fiance love the meat, so the great thing about this place is the variety and how multiple people can sit down and enjoy what they like, together. Drop by!
