The burger was overly saturated with salt when would explain why it was crunchy. The fries had no seasoning but at least the wings were ok. Generic sauce nothing original. The special for burger week was the Zaddy which came with pickled red onion, lettuce, goat cheese, fresh jalapenos and raspberry jam on a potato bun. Their burgers are 1/4 and unfortunately the meat got completely lost under so much going on. Goat cheese and raspberry are powerful flavors and the jalapeno slices were thicker than the patty. I didn't even taste the pickled red onions. The very last bite was more meat than topping and I could actually taste the beef. It is a shame because it was really good. The quality of the meat and the sear on the burger were well done. Their regular priced burgers range from $10.50 to $14, and sides are extra. It is pretty steep for a 1/4 lb burger, and I would suggest something with a bit less flair.

The online description did not indicate that the burger would be prepared with this amount of seasoning, nor was there an option provided during ordering to request that the seasoning be removed. When I brought this to the employee's attention, he immediately became defensive and insisted that I should have requested no seasoning, despite that not being presented as an option when I placed my order. I returned to the restaurant to request a refund, and instead of handling the situation professionally, he initiated an argument and began yelling at me to leave. To make matters worse, the initial refund amount he provided was incorrect! After I left the restaurant, he followed me outside to my vehicle and began taking pictures of my license plate. I found this behavior extremely inappropriate and intimidating, particularly after an already hostile confrontation inside the restaurant. I left this establishment feeling extremely uncomfortable, frightened, and concerned for the safety and privacy of myself and my family. No customer should be subjected to yelling, intimidation, or being followed to their vehicle simply because they raised a legitimate concern about their order and requested a refund.
