Thought I had found my go to nail shop. However customer service is lacking. I went in and they were short staffed so I only had a fill done. Being at a nail shop for 1.5 hours is already a lot of time to have been there, I had to leave without a pedicure. I called in the next day to come in well before they were closing for a pedicure however I was told they were too busy and to go in 30 minutes prior to close. I went in and was turned away stating it was too late. With kids and full time job it's hard enough to find time for yourself to get your nails done. It's frustrating that a business cannot accommodate or unwilling to service a customer especially when they have made multiple attempts for service. If my business is not appreciated nor wanted totally fine, I can go elsewhere. Response to comment: I tried to come in at 5:15 pm and was turned away. I was told it was too busy and your original time you stated was 6:30 pm. I thought that was late given your closing time. However I still showed up (time, effort, gas (especially right now)). As you stated there was a shortage the day before so I still came in the following day because I understand things happen. All in all, I am shocked that as a service business there are no deviations of your schedule. So unfortunate. read more

When I tell you I walked out and really looked at them omg they were awful and they were expensive, i was embarrassed and needless to say I started doing my own Apres Gel nails at home.
