I gave them a chance but I will never go back to this place again. My nails lasted less than a week before they started to break. The guy who started my nails got so much product under my nails and they were thick. [[HIGHLIGHT]]A lady noticed I was unhappy and she took over. She had to file a lot of product off and clean up all the product under my nails.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It was a horrible experience. After what I paid I would expect them to last me longer than 6 days. I also got my eyebrows done but when I left I noticed my eyebrows did not have the clean straight line like I always have after getting my eyebrows done. I went in on Thursday to get a pedicure and Gelx for my bday. Everything seemed great and the customer service was good. Friday morning I had a nail break I went in and got it fixed. I left on a birthday trip by Friday night 2 more nails broke off I couldn't go back in because I was out of town and wouldn't be back until Sunday night. I was so embarrassed walking around with 2 broken nails. I paid 135 and it didn't even last 24 hours . I also noticed on Saturday that none of my calluses was even removed on my feet they just made it look smooth. I will never be returning again that was money wasted. There is one nail tech. It was not my first time here but the quality of the service has never been this bad. I always request a small set but he had always managed to make it look natural but this time around I don't know what he was thinking. I was going to just walk away but honestly they looked horrible. When I came back to have him removed them he gave me such a bad attitude and said I had to wait and he was not going to refund me. Which os okay but try to fix the issue maybe by redoing the set. Run from this place!!! The guy who work here is a crook. Listen to the bad review this place us horrible!!! I should of run out of there the moment I walked in. The place looks old & dirty. Un kept. Looks like it hasn't been clean in years. And I. I went to get a full set & a pedicure they charge me $110. I almost had a heart attack. (My fault since I did not ask up front how much.) I told the guy who worked on me. The nails are not filled all the way he told me "I did a good job for you don't worry." If this is his best work. I don't want to see his worst. His rude has no customer service skills at all, he seams to be in charge. The set full set I got was extremely short. The nail were not correctly size. Not file down it has rough corners, I'm constantly my scratching, they are uneven, and cooked it . the lady that did my pedicure cut my nail super short causing it to bleed, file on of my toes nail super shot. The water for the pedicure was cold. No message on the chair, the UV light they use to dry your nail was flickering not sure if it even worked properly. I will let the pictures speak from them shelf. I was there 1 day as a walk in and waited about an hr for the ladies to finish pedis on the other clients that were there before me. When they finished 2 ladies I was expecting to be called next, but no. The owner told 2 girls who were also walk ins to sit down before me. When I said told him, that I was next, in a condescending voice the owner said "you don't gave to be aggressive" I was pissed by his tone and choice of words, but let it go bc I did like the lady who does pedis and was not going to allow him ruin her money. Went back 2 weeks later place was empty and he tried to be nice, but no, I wasn't having it. Your true colors came out. I had the lady do my pedi and this time it was more expensive than other times. 2 weeks later went back for a pedi the lady that usually helped was not there and I got a pedi from a girl who took forever because she clearly didn't know what she was doing. I had a pedicure performed by an older gentleman. He did an okay job but he isn't too friendly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The lady who is the spa's manager is very nice and friendly. Even offered me a non-alcoholic beverage which was nice to have on a hot day[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. The one thing they are missing is some type of rewards program in place like some other spas do, but not all locations have them. However, it would motivate me to come back if I knew that I would receive some type of discount or a freebie after so many times visits. read more

UPDATE: Four days after my acrylic set and my nail falls off i used to really liked this place but not going to pay $35 for nail that pop off after 4 days!!! on Saturday and it was not busy as I thought it would. They started on my nails right away. Kevin worked on my acrylic nails and always asked me I if I thought the nails were coming out how I wanted. Very fast service for full set and pedicure. Unless you specifically know which person to see for a nail set or gel manicure I wouldn't attempt getting a new set here. Went in for a full set in Ombré. See attached pictures. One is of what I wanted and rest is what I got. Now I'll have to pay to get them fixed or start all over so disappointing. This was the 2nd time I've tried this business I won't be going again. In reply .. I had already spent over an hour and half for the set .. and I won't be coming back to spend even more wasted time there. My mom showed me this nail salon and I loved it the ONLY reason I give this 4 stars is because the first time I went, my mom got sanitizer squirted in her eye when she went to grab some. Luckily she was wearing her glasses so not a lot got in but obviously stung. This is my moms go to nail salon. She always gets a mani & pedi. I usually only go for pedicures but nonetheless we usually can walk in but we like to call ahead to avoid having to wait too long or make appointments! I love that we can do contactless payments with Zelle! Also get coupons sent straight to your phone! Love the service and love the work. Kevin did an amazing job on my nails and very fast yet very careful. Nails came out exactly how I wanted them. Short and classy. Jenny was so careful with me pedi. She accommodated a dry pedi as I had just retouched my foot tattoo yet she gave me the full service. She did amazing cleaning of my cuticles without cutting. It seriously depends who does your nails @ this location. I trust Jen and Amanda to do full sets on me. Jen has a high level of expertise. Amanda does nice full sets too. They both take their time and provide high quality work. Today I got an ombré full set [$40] from Amanda with some rhinestones. Slightly longer than I'm used to but maybe I will get used to them. Rhinestones placed on two nails. If I had to be picky I'd say the rhinestones aren't completely straight but Amanda did fix the first one she did I am just ocd about that type of stuff (maybe lol) read more

Got my nails done 3 days ago and loved them! But after just a day, one of my natural nails had already broken. Now 3 days later two are broken. I've been growing my nails out using gel for months and never had a problem with them breaking. Not to mention the unprofessionalism of this salon.
