This place is so awful! DO NOT BOTHER. I came here as I was in desperate need of a pedicure and full set. Donna was doing my nails and a guy was doing my pedicure I believe his name was jim. The girl doing my hands didn't even sanitize the station for me to sit she literally was working on 3 people at once making excuses that the other girls running late and soak off of some sort when I clearly told them I need to be out in an hour, abs there was two more workers sitting around doing nothing. She said yes yes just to bring me in and I sat upwards to 90minutes while she's going back and forth with other people. You are unprofessional Donna when I spoke to you and the prices you charge do not reflect the services you provide. I want to let everyone know that they just take you all in and you will be sitting on the chair for longer than expected. The pedicure tools he didn't even open from a sealed bag... it's disgusting. I went into the salon and was told I'd have to wait about 30 mins, it was a bit longer, but well worth the wait. Ann did my gel manicure & regular pedicure. She took her time and did an amazing job. I usually get gel polish and it usually does not last because my work requires my hands to be in oil. Oil lifts the gel. Ann did something that no one has done before, she cleaned my nail beds before applying any of the gel products. That one step changed everything. Her work is slow and meticulous, no rushing through the manicure, so my nails look clean and neat. Best of all no gel lifting. Give this small shop a shot. read more

Walked into this place was not sure at first because I had a regular nail shop but the drive was starting to get on my nerves. I love it here!!!! Tom you are awesome. I naturally have long strong nails and he has been great in keeping them like I want. At my other location I get the gel nail polish and the way they remove the nail polish is with there drill and honestly I didn't like it because it later made my nails weak and thin. Than I would have to take a break from getting gel nail polish until my nails would grow back strong again. Here Tom has a different technique which doesn't include the drill. His way had left my nails strong that people don't believe that they are my natural nails. What I also love is that he is great at creating designs on my natural nails. I've asked for designs before at other place and I've been told it's not possible because my nails are natural but if I get acrylic then they can do any design. Why would I want acrylic nails if my natural nails are strong and look good already. So all you natural real nails girls that want those nice designs this is the place to come. Please keep in mind they do get busy because they're awesome so I highly recommend making an appointment especially if you want to come in the evening. I called yesterday to make an appointment for today at 6, one for my mom and one for me with the guy (idk his name) anywho, we arrived at 5:55pm and my mom got seated right away in the spa chair.
