I just learned that this location doesn't let their customers know that…read morewhen they find things that possibly need to be done, that it's not a requirement that needs to be handled to pass inspection. They can advise you of the issue, but if it's not apart of passing inspection, they suppose to pass you. Instead they tell you if you go without getting the work they pointed out done, if it's not completed by them you will fail inspection. This is the worst tactic ever. I just learned this by going to a dealership to get one of my other vehicles inspected. I was advised they can tell you how long you have before the you need the work done, but let you know that it's not mandatory to pass. Live and learn! I'm going to find out all the ins and outs of what passes and what can't pass to get your car inspected. I refuse to be scammed by Mavis again.

Here is the lesson I learned at the expense of possible losing my car. : According to manager Andy who came to my place to look at the car " we only do oil charges we aren't looking for other issues". Well I had a huge issue that they never saw or were they expected to see. When you look at the top of the car to do an oil change it had oil all over the car engine. Did any one say .... You might have something wrong with your car. NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! So, if they did I could have gotten it fixed . However, after a month it became a gigantic enormous problem because now oil is throughout the entire engine and my car is ruined!!!! I took my car to another shop to get an oil change and they made it clear my car had too much oil in it when they did my oil change and I must call Valvoline. How is that possible ?? SMH ! Well, in my distress I made a mistake, I told Andy I was looking for a job. He said " because you don't have a job you expect us to fix your car ?? ". No, just come take a look. And, if they only told me something was wrong I could have gotten it fixed. He again made it clear we did our job! He is right they won't go the extra mile if they see something else is wrong !!! It doesn't exist ! They did an oil change only. Solution: Do not go there !!!! Go to get your oil changed somewhere they will say something if they see something. Go where they lift the car up and look at it during an oil change . Lastly, they will have compassion for their elderly customers and not make fun of a disadvantage person. I left Andy's presence in tears..... Update: I was advised by the same store manager today "as I told you before - your claim would be denied and it was denied" unprofessionally nasty ! Do not go there if you have a problem the manager will not be supportive at all !!!

Went here for an oil change and a few swap outs. Service was stellar, everything was explained…read morekindly and throughly. After leaving we ended up breaking down not even ten minutes from the store. We called the place and within 30 minutes Andy came out and immediately got to work troubleshooting with us, and even stayed with us until our help arrived. Not once did he stop trying to figure out what was wrong and even called others for second opinions. We ended up narrowing things down and got the car running. If that wasn't enough, after the fact he even followed behind us to make sure we got home safely. Truly above and beyond service and worth every single penny. You couldn't ask for a kinder, more professional worker, thanks again Andy!!!!

The man man you need to watch for is their high pressure salesman manager, I was quoted over $1,000.00 for two struts my my vehicle and it is not a top of the line vehicle as I found out after I found out I could get them on E-Bay for $ 149.00 free shipping. I let them put in a sway bar and an alignment all for their deal of the day, and wait for this, drumroll, over $500.00. It was not the usual sway bar but two small ones on each wheel. E-BAY, two sway bars for $ 25.00. I usually work on my vehicles but I took a chance and all I can say is, BEWARE, from a Veteran.
