Very frustrating experience. I received a pickup confirmation and was told to come to the store to…read morepick up my order. While I was already on my way, I was suddenly told the order was being refunded because they only allow in-store pickup. This makes no sense because the system sent me a pickup confirmation and I was instructed to come in. The lack of communication wasted my time and caused unnecessary inconvenience. Customers should not be told an order is ready and then have it canceled while they are on the way.
