Risk the summons and stay away from these nasty, verbally abusive vultures. Because the Department of Motor Vehicles has been overwhelmed by people seeking Real ID licenses, you can no longer just walk in and register your car on the day you purchase it. This could potentially lead to tickets and summonses for driving or parking an unregistered car. This company will register your car more expediently, for a mere additional $150. By all reports, they only charged $50 before they figured out that they could commercialize on people's panic. Their attitude is that they are doing you the world's most important service and that you have to bow, cringe and accept their nasty attitudes. I spoke to three different people and got the same level of verbal abuse. Essentially, you are paying them to do something that you can do yourself. My advice is, try to drive carefully so you won't get pulled over. Try to park legally, in places where ticket agents won't notice your car and give you a summons. And, if you do get a ticket during two weeks it takes you to register your car at Motor Vehicles, fight the ticket in court or online. Show evidence of when you bought the car, of your documented appointment to get it registered, and of your actual registration, that you should have in hand before the time you have to fight the ticket. Explain how it takes two weeks to register your car at Motor Vehicles and show evidence that you made the appointment immediately after purchasing your car. Chances are, the ticket will be thrown out or at least reduced by the judge. Even in the worst scenario, the summons amount will probably be less than the $150 you pay to this scam business. I saved the $150, saved the time it took to go there and had a valid registration on my car, two weeks after buying the car. You don't need this company. read more

Such an ignorance customer service, I drove two hours from Brooklyn to Long Island and it will take me another two hours to go back for them to tell me at 11:30 AM that they are not open and not taking customers, meanwhile there is six or seven employee inside the office and more than three customers walked in and out right front of me. Ok this only works if you are renewing your drivers license and don't want to take a new pic or a simple change of address which I had to do both. Omg when you first arrive it's overwhelming people are everywhere i get it but before I stressed out I waited on the short info line when you first arrive to direct you to your next area. Seats everywhere don't worry. Ah ha! to my delight the kind man directed me to two golden beautiful large ATM to my left. The heavens opened up & there were two people on line and an assistant person right next to the machine willing to help you press some buttons and get you out fast. I was out with enough time to get back to my car and my coffee was still warm. Ahh dahh yes that's me! ty God right! This place is the worst.. Not only did it take over 5 hours to get my business done, but they charge an extra fee of 4% if you use a credit card. Paid everything in full when I was there initially and when I went to pick up my plates I had a balance due of $52. When asked what it was for they said that the rates they charge were an "estimate". If I wanted to pay with a card they would charge another 4%. When called they notified me the plates were in and nothing mentioned about the balance due. Seems very shady that a place that does registration/plates on a daily basis doesn't know how much to charge. I'll never go back here again. Seems to me like they are taking advantage of people during this crisis which isn't cool at all.. Also don't believe the reviews, they try to bribe you with a discount for leaving a 5 star review.
