I had a babysitter and took the afternoon off from work to get this done. I called the number and a person told me someone would call me back. A person named Clara called to tell me no one would be there. I said to Clara I wanted the service for free since I would have to do it on another day... babysitter and possibly take time from work again. She hung up on me! A few weeks after the sale I needed to come back to get an updated title in order to register the car out of state (my fault, not theirs), and I worked with Tony. It was a very busy day and he went above and beyond to reprocess my paperwork so that I can register my car at my new address. It wasn't a quick fix for him, and even though he was very busy he took the time to help correct my error. Best of all, I love my 'new' car and got it at a great price. Usually, I come around 10-11 on a weekday, and for minor items, you're in and out in 20min; for bigger issues, maybe you leave it a few hours. 3. Quality. I had my Volvo bumper partially pulled off years ago and went to the dealer. They "fixed" it, but it popped out again a few weeks later. Clinton Collision fixed it for short money and it's held for a couple of years ago. 4. Helpful but not pushy. Things like, "Hey, you don't need new brakes/tires now, but you might want to think about it in six months." Seems like a family-owned business, which is always a plus. Highly recommended!

I found a 5 star place name RH Auto repair 1348 Utica Ave and the cost was $140 what a difference and the service was great.
