I appreciate that as many businesses only care about making money and don't care about how the customer is doing. Max is happy to offer his helping hand no matter what issue you're experiencing. I had a babysitter and took the afternoon off from work to get this done. I called the number and a person told me someone would call me back. A person named Clara called to tell me no one would be there. I said to Clara I wanted the service for free since I would have to do it on another day... babysitter and possibly take time from work again. She hung up on me! Had to get a new registration and plates and from the time i walked in to the time I walked out was able 30 minutes and well worth i extra cost .
