After getting my car back, 1st I took my car to the dealership for issues that was caused by the accident and this ship didn't take care of it. Next is going to another shop for the rest of the repairs. This shop ignores calls/messages and when if they do respond, it's constant excuses and solid lies, then blaming me for car not being fully repaired because I put too much pressure. (Huhh??) I chose to keep my vehicle and take it to another repair shop. However, when I picked it up, my car was severely damaged from the back--parts had been removed and not reinstalled. I asked if they could at least reinstall the lights so I could drive the vehicle safely, and I was told no unless I paid additional fees. I questioned why parts were removed when the insurance had not approved those repairs. It became clear they assumed I would accept the total loss and not question their actions. They removed parts that did not need to be removed and charged the insurance for unnecessary work. This feels extremely dishonest and unprofessional. My vehicle was in great condition before, but after their actions, it was left vandalized and unsafe. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in this auto shop and in insurance-based repairs overall.
