After 2 days the blemishes were still as visible as they ever were and paint was dripped on baseboards, wallpaper and slopped onto adjoining room walls. Monkeys would have done a better job. The owner acknowledged the issues and fixed them himself. Howver, it seemed like he would fix one issue with the walls and then create another. After 2 weeks I paid him and said everything was fine just to get him out. Today I opened a remaining can of paint to do some touch ups myself and a.) He left a roller in the paint can and b.) He has his company stickers on top of the can so that I can't get another can of paint because Sherwin Williams can't see the formula. Run from this company!

Nick was very responsive to my email request for a quote and came out the next day for measurement which was great. That is all I can say positive about this company. I think the biggest problem was that I did not know what I wanted and thought he would be able to provide some guidance on decisions like finished vs unfinished hardwood, what species would be best for our needs, and quality companies to use for supplies. I was very wrong. Nick never actually answered any of my questions, just responded with vague information in a very rude, accusatory undertone. After multiple days of back and forth text messages just trying to get some information to help guide my decision he gave me Susan's phone number to speak in person. She was very kind and was able to answer all of my questions in just a matter of minutes. I could hear Nick in the background badmouthing me while she was answering my questions. I told them my expectations when spending several thousand dollars with a company is simple courtesy and customer service. A few hours after that phone call Nick texted me to tell me they would not be working with me and good luck. Just a very rude man who has no interest in working with his customer at all. Maybe if you know exactly what you want this company would be the perfect fit for you, but if you are looking for any guidance or help at all on your flooring journey, save yourself the time and frustration and call someone else!

He was so honest that my parents trusted him to work on the floors even where they weren't home. The hardwood floors turned out great and professional looking. They took a lunch break and left each day by 3pm! One day, I saw that they were using my extension cord that they'd taken from my garage without asking! Umm bring your own equipment please or at least ask to borrow. Only one of them could speak broken English. They were scared of my dog so I HAD to be home while they were working. It was ridiculous. Their drywall skills were pathetic and tape and muddying looked like my preschool kids did it. When I would show Rick their shoddy work he would had them correct it but it was over and over and over. Their paint work was poor. Parts of the floor tile had to be removed and replaced. We found The ductwork was left unhooked up and ceiling tiles right over unfinished ductwork. I would not recommend and I will never use again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY as they hire non English speaking men who do do not know how to do interior construction work. Egress window leaked too

It is now the BEST space in the house. We will be calling on Rick again for our next renovation. We had a one-year-old at the time of renovation and it was in the middle of the Covid 19 Pandemic. Rick and his team were incredible with checking on us and letting us know in advance how our day might be disrupted by the work. They were considerate of sound levels when he was napping and so courteous of our home life, which we were still adjusting to ourselves. This showed us a lot about the character of Premier 1 Properties. They care about the quality of their work, but they also care about their customers and their experiences during renovations.
