I picked up the car and immediately noticed multiple things that was not done or cleaned. It is extremely uncomfortable to be the owner of the car and start pointing out to people washing cars the parts they missed, it always makes you look like the bad guy. Anyway i pointed out multiple things immediately, which they made attempts to clean in the spot. I eventually got tired of pointing and decided to take my car and leave, Got home , a day later. Sun shines and i notice the car was never buffered, the carpet was never shampooed and trunk was not . I called and explained. And they asked me to being the car back. . Keep in mind i live 35 minutes away. Drove back. Got there and the guy said you did not pay for a detail , even though he did not provide a receipt, we went back and forth, i i walked him to the car and showed him a few things. Including carpets and inside that was not washed as well as the car not being buffered , he then said that was not part of the package. Who pays for a detail that will only come with a car wash ? Because that is pretty much what i got! He said he will do he inside over and that's about it. I gave him a few hours , came back. Car was completed. I saw the car, it looks better on the inside but the car looks like because i complained they took all the wax off the car . Frustrated. I just got my keys and left. Never returning here and i advised others to not go as. .

New ACE helped us every step of the way, including getting a rental. Although it took a while for the work to be done due to our insurance and not the shop it was well worth the wait. Our car looked like nothing had ever happened to it and best of all driving it once again felt as good as it always did. We are very grateful to New Ace for their courteous and professional service and a terrific job. Would highly recommend them to anybody who needs work done on their car.

I called the shop and spoke to the owner "Marcos". I told Marcos that I was unable to visit the shop, but I could tell him that I just needed a whole respray of a bumper. He claimed that I needed bring it down so he can take down the make, model, paint color/type; which I understand is standard practice. However, I provided all that information to him. I told him I did not really want to respray due to paint not going to match; he cut me short by stating that it doesn't match now and it doesn't match from the factory. He also stated that no shop can match paint. I told him that the car is brand new, and it seems to match to my eye. He again cut me short and told me "that's because you don't paint cars for a living and I do". I let that comment go and I just asked him approximately what the cost is. He said "why do you want to know the price, she's paying for it.". Having gone through this "sales pitch" I've decided not to bother doing business with M-B Auto Collision.

I took it to BMW and a collision shop in the same area and was astounding at the price quotes. I took to MB and spoke to Marco and he quoted me a much more reasonable price and did the repairs quickly as he saw two child seats in the back and understood that I am basically a chauffeur at this point. The work was done exceptionally well, In fact, I asked my father and father-in-law to identify the side involved in the accident after the repair and they couldn't. I also showed them pictures of the damage and asked them to estimate the cost and they both overestimated. Unfortunately, a few days after getting the car I was rear ended while stopped at a red light (as an aside 2 accidents within the span of one week after 18 years of accident free driving is frustrating). Marco again repaired the car quickly at a fair price and painted the entire rear bumper as a courtesy. I am actually created a Yelp account to post this review because it is important to identify exceptional work. Also, because I think Nelson's review is unfair as it attacks a mans livelihood simply because he did not provide a price quote over the phone. I am not a mechanic but it seems unreasonable to expect that from a person. I wonder if Nelson also calls doctors with a diagnosis and then posts negative reviews after they insist on seeing him prior to scheduling a surgery, etc... In short I had two exceptional experiences with M B Auto Collision and I notice that Tom G. who also gave him five stars actually obtained their services. Perhaps if Nelson bothered to take his car in to be evaluated all the reviews would be 5 star.

He's a person who really takes his time and is not like the other cheaper options (even though his prices are still very good compared to the market) who would come in and try finish up everything in a day. Besides the compounding and waxing I wanted to get done (which was done perfectly) he put extra effort in cleaning up areas in the car I haven't even noticed before, without the extra charge! He will definitely handle your car as if it's his own car. Not to mention he walks you through all the steps that needs to be done and afterwards explains how to keep the paint protected.
