Beautiful place had my facial done today by Ashley she's amazing and so are her partners

TL;DR: Paid $3500 for CO2 laser but was given a different laser without consent, with no eye protection. Heavy upselling, and they tried to make me sign away my review/legal rights before refunding unused services. Would not recommend! Back in February I found JT Aesthetics through a Google search after loving the results of a CO2 laser treatment I'd had in 2025 at a different medspa. I used to go to a medspa in Yorba Linda for facials, botox, & treatments but since I now work in the IE, driving back out to OC wasn't practical anymore. So I searched for medspas in the Corona/Eastvale area that offered CO2 laser, messaged JT Aesthetics on Instagram, and one of the owners, Tina, confirmed they did. I booked a consultation and a treatment for that following Thursday. At my consultation, i met with an Ashley who is their esthetician. She recommended a plan: 3 CO2 treatments ($3,500, discounted from $4,500), 3 chemical peels ($1,200), and a Rejuran add-on ($900) -- total $5,600. I declined the peels, but Ashley pushed for at least one facial after my first treatment ($400, "discounted" from $500). I've had plenty of facials and knew that was steep, but she insisted it would really benefit my skin, so I gave in. I ended up spending $4,800. The treatment itself, done by a nurse also named Ashley, went smoothly, and she made me feel comfortable. But that night, I reflected on the appointment & noted differences from my 2025 CO2 treatment; less sting, a much faster tempo, and no eye protection. I texted them the next day asking if I'd actually received CO2. They didn't respond until I followed up again, and when they did, they confirmed I'd received Erbium YAG instead, framing it as just a "more gentle and precise" resurfacing laser rather than acknowledging it wasn't what I'd paid for or consented to. I was upset, but decided to give them a chance and continue, since I did like the results & had already invested so much money. At my facial, Ashley did a decent job, but it didn't feel like a high-end facial, she played music on her phone & the wipes she used on my face after certain steps felt rough and smelly, almost like paper towels (I'm used to soft sponges). Afterward, she pushed hard to sell me two more facials for "just $600," approved by her manager, then a basic facial for $250 after I declined that too. It was clear their focus was on the next sale. I left with a bad taste in my mouth and dreaded coming in for my next laser appointment Two weeks later, at my second Erbium YAG treatment (still being called "CO2"), I met with Jennifer, the other co owner, she offered a $600 VAMP add-on, which I declined , she then sent Ashley(esthetician) in to pitch it again after I'd already said no, I declined a second time. While prepping me, Jennifer mentioned putting on eye protection "even though this laser is super gentle," which reminded me they'd never actually addressed my earlier question. I didn't push it in the moment, but I photographed the machine and looked it up that night. That's when I learned eye protection isn't just necessary for this laser, skipping it is illegal. At that point, I knew I was done with JT Aesthetics. I requested a refund for the unused portion of my treatment plan ($1,166.67), and they made it difficult; insisting on a refund protocol that required me to come in person, even after I explained I wasn't comfortable returning and that CareCredit allows remote refunds. When they finally agreed, they sent me a settlement agreement to sign first, waiving my right to leave a negative review or pursue any claims over injury, which felt especially unacceptable given I'd been treated without eye protection at all. I refused to sign and filed a dispute through CareCredit instead, this time for $1,750 (the unused portion plus half of the first treatment). JT refunded me directly once the claim was opened for the $1,166 amount, and that case closed. Since then, I've gone back to my old medspa in Yorba Linda to continue actual CO2 laser treatments. It's a longer drive, but it's worth it to be somewhere I feel safe and where I trust they're actually looking out for my skin, not just the next upsell. Bottom line: This felt very transaction-first, not patient-first, like I was a walking dollar sign, not someone they were invested in helping. I'd steer clear. read more

Unfortunately I was mislead in many ways coming here. I saw Jen for different treatments. Rejuran, potenza, and for mole removal. She had me pay for 3 sessions of potenza (salmon sperm) without telling me how painful it was. Also, she told me she could remove my moles and that it would be flat, like there was no mole there. However I now have 2 ugly marks where she burnt the moles off. Idk, I spent a lot of money here (over $5,000) and I never looked better, actually she made me worse. I was lied to about what the results would be. I even took proper care. Stayed out of the sun for months, etc read more

I arrived to the spa to friendly faces. I felt very comfortable as they welcomed me and got me settled in. I felt that it was clean, inviting, and relaxing. I signed up for a signature facial through ClassPass but upgraded with dermaplaning. But once Ashlee assessed my skin and I told her my goals, she provided recommendations. I added on microdermabrasion and a peel. Through the whole process, she answered my questions and talked me through each step as well as the care afterwards. I've been here a few times so far to see Madison for a facial and I'm so happy with the results. I leave here feeling great. She assesses my skin and works on areas that need more attention. Ive been going to JT for a couple months now for facials which have been great to my skincare journey! My goal is to reduce lines (in my forehead), and pores across my cheeks. There's so many services to choose from. I have balanced skin so a facial was my choice. What I loved is that Madison the skin care specialist (I can't spell estititian?) mentioned I changed something what was it? I used sunblock! First, you need to see what's going on with you Mr skin, so you go under or inside a device that uses light to check your skin deficiencies. Then you get a plan according to your skin type. Now to the good part- the facial was very relaxing, the specialist explained everything she used and what it does for my skin. She has a relaxing voice, touch, and is funny as well. I left the spa feeling relaxed and my face glistening with moisture, it was soft to the touch. Please please avoid this place at all cost. I visited their location in on 7/11/2026 in Eastville for my Botox treatment. Two and half weeks after my Botox Treatment I had a lot of movement between my eyebrows ( my 11lines) I was so very disappointed being that this place is close to my home, looked to be clean and took me in right away. I had never paid so much for my Botox and gotten such bad results. I did get my unit at a low price, now making me think that it was watered down. Please save your money for go somewhere else that will stand by their product and their work. At my follow up appointment, they came up with many excuses as to why it didn't work and wanted me to pay for more units. Heck no!!! So sorry I am going back to my original Botox girl. Loved that they do a skin analysis before even starting a facial since they then recommend what is best for you when seeing your concerns I had never had a through analysis and actually see it myself like I did here. I went in and got a dermaplane add on aside from my facial and left my skin looking extra glowy. This place is amazing! I booked my appointment for the Friday of a 3 day weekend and it was the best decision because it started off my weekend right! When I walked in, Megan was so sweet and inviting. She sent me my patient intake forms via text message ahead of time. Everything was digital so it was super convenient. Attempted booking and had to wait a few weeks. On the day of we had an urgent matter we needed to attend to but made it to the appointment anyway. Tina greeted us and did my lighting reveal. The video and photos came out bizarre and very off-putting because the camera is pointed not where you are looking in the mirror bang on, but up above so I just cropped it out for you to get an idea. I'm all for posting my bad photos too, but these were too much. She made a comment about getting fat from eating at all the good restaurants around the business when I asked for a recommendation. Given that she is super fit and slender and I am overweight I think it might have been better not to say anything. Tina wanted to upsell me on a bunch of treatments and services but as I said before, we had an urgent matter awaiting in the background and I declined for now. I think that that was the moment Tina decided to take calls and book appointments because I wasn't doing the $1,200 stuff that day. It was a bit insulting because I did say maybe another time or to have my spouse get an expensive treatment she wanted later, but we were not giving the desired response. Madison did my facial and she was awesome in every way possible. Cleansing, scrubbing, steaming, massaging, restoring, and all the while talking to me about my own skin care routine. We did also get to talk about life and topics that were more personal, all the while she kept it professional. I was impressed that for such a young person, she had a soothing manner about her. Two small notes: Table in room seemed like a person could knock it off balance and tip over, so I'd recommend an upgrade to a better heavier one. The reminder to leave a tip was very appreciated because I was already thinking about what I had to take care of next upon leaving, and I always tip well; It would have been quite an embarrassment if I'd forgotten. read more
