First, you need to see what's going on with you Mr skin, so you go under or inside a device that uses light to check your skin deficiencies. Then you get a plan according to your skin type. This place is amazing! I booked my appointment for the Friday of a 3 day weekend and it was the best decision because it started off my weekend right! When I walked in, Megan was so sweet and inviting. She sent me my patient intake forms via text message ahead of time. Everything was digital so it was super convenient. Once I completed the forms, Tina (the sweetest and most genuine consultant) took me back for a skin evaluation. Attempted booking and had to wait a few weeks. On the day of we had an urgent matter we needed to attend to but made it to the appointment anyway. Tina greeted us and did my lighting reveal. The video and photos came out bizarre and very off-putting because the camera is pointed not where you are looking in the mirror bang on, but up above so I just cropped it out for you to get an idea. I'm all for posting my bad photos too, but these were too much. She made a comment about getting fat from eating at all the good restaurants around the business when I asked for a recommendation. Given that she is super fit and slender and I am overweight I think it might have been better not to say anything. Tina wanted to upsell me on a bunch of treatments and services but as I said before, we had an urgent matter awaiting in the background and I declined for now. I think that that was the moment Tina decided to take calls and book appointments because I wasn't doing the $1,200 stuff that day. It was a bit insulting because I did say maybe another time or to have my spouse get an expensive treatment she wanted later, but we were not giving the desired response. Madison did my facial and she was awesome in every way possible. Cleansing, scrubbing, steaming, massaging, restoring, and all the while talking to me about my own skin care routine. We did also get to talk about life and topics that were more personal, all the while she kept it professional. I was impressed that for such a young person, she had a soothing manner about her. Two small notes: Table in room seemed like a person could knock it off balance and tip over, so I'd recommend an upgrade to a better heavier one.
