As someone who used to struggle with cystic acne, one pimple isn't usually a big deal anymore (thankfully acne hasn't been an issue for me the last few years). But I'm heading to the East Coast to meet some family members for the first time (tomorrow) and I was feeling very self-conscious. He was very attentive, listened to everything I was saying, and I never felt rushed, especially during my first consultation. He's very detail oriented and you can tell he genuinely cares about his work and his clients. He also answered all my questions thoroughly and made me feel really comfortable. One other thing I really appreciated was that he actually called me around the 7 day mark after my injections just to check in and see how I was doing. That's something I never experienced at the other place I used to go to, and it really shows how much he cares about his patients and their results.
