While he was here he also pointed out some work that my trailer needed. He told us how to do it ourselves. He also told us where to find parts for something that we needed to fix. Arrive at the dealer and I get this story... oh, we sold that a couple of weeks ago... we haven't had small fishing boats for a while. Now Is this a bait and switch, to get you into a middle of no where to a dealership, so we can sell you something else? Confront them on this. One of the owners comes out and says, it's not our fault! We don't control or list our fb sales, some one else runs their fb page sales. It is not their fault it hasn't come down yet. What? Did I hear that right? No responsibility... really! Now hell, I've bought and sold stuff on fb, taking it off line, marking items sold, is as easy as marking it sold and poof! It's recorded for all to see. I drive an hour and 15 minutes, to a middle of no where marine dealer, who it appears in order to drive business to their doorstep using a post to bait and switch boat ad's? Folks go else where... We had a couple of things on our trailer checked out while in the area, on Sept. 24,2015. The…read morepeople were friendly and very willing to fit us in at the last minute. We had an issue with our refrigerator not charging while on battery mode, and had a 12 volt outlet that did not work. Within two hours, after troubleshooting, they fixed both issues. The bill was very reasonable, particularly for the great job and nice attitude they displayed. If I were living within 30 miles of Michigan City, I would make the drive to S & H to have them work on our trailer again. Very very happy with their service.
