Great service technician and inspiring response time. However, I was quoted at $250 over the internet and pictures were included, very standard job. I asked the technician after he viewed the job if the $250 estimate was going to be accurate and he concurred. After the job, the technician said $300 because of the service call, finally I paid $320 with taxes. Every step increased in priced. Not happy about being strung along. Super company, but that was a little disappointing. If the estimate was accurate after the technician viewed the job and quoted it in person, the review would have been a 5 star. They did refund me some, and the project ended up at $300. read more

The only reason for the lower stars is they gave me an estimate, then doubled it when they got here because my garage has two springs instead of one heavier spring.
