We could not have been happier with the services we received by JT's Overhead Doors. The garage door gave out half way upon opening and wouldn't budge. This occurred, of course, on a Saturday, during a holiday weekend. I wrote JT's on Yelp and received a response in less than 10 minutes. They offered to come out same day, and provided a very small time frame to expect them. They arrived right on time, and assisted with diagnosing the issue and providing an accurate estimate. They were able to install a full garage door, with springs and new brackets; as well as set up the new keypad both indoor and out, and set up my car garage door opener. Both men were so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I was beyond happy with the service and quality. The new garage door has been wonderful, and is so quiet and smooth. I'm extremely happy with JT's and will be recommending them to everyone. It's difficult to find businesses that are still small and family run, honest with integrity and friendly, caring individuals. JTS took care of me. I got multiple quotes from around my area and JTS was the most competitive and responsive. Even when the garage door company shipped the wrong door JTS let me know about it. I installed a new AC in my garage and with the insulated door it is now nice to work doing small projects in the 80's when it is over 110! Great service technician and inspiring response time. However, I was quoted at $250 over the internet and pictures were included, very standard job. I asked the technician after he viewed the job if the $250 estimate was going to be accurate and he concurred. After the job, the technician said $300 because of the service call, finally I paid $320 with taxes. Every step increased in priced. Not happy about being strung along. Super company, but that was a little disappointing. If the estimate was accurate after the technician viewed the job and quoted it in person, the review would have been a 5 star. They did refund me some, and the project ended up at $300. read more

The only reason for the lower stars is they gave me an estimate, then doubled it when they got here because my garage has two springs instead of one heavier spring.
