A true professional. I do not usually do Yelp reviews, but I just had to let folks know about Cesar. He was prompt, professional, and speedy. He is also a kind, friendly, and committed small business owner. We live in a split level home in Berkeley with a zillion stairs and many very high and oddly shaped windows (which by the way have not been cleaned in about 10 years).
