A true professional. I do not usually do Yelp reviews, but I just had to let folks know about Cesar. He was prompt, professional, and speedy. He is also a kind, friendly, and committed small business owner. We live in a split level home in Berkeley with a zillion stairs and many very high and oddly shaped windows (which by the way have not been cleaned in about 10 years). Cesar didn't flinch at the cobwebs, creepy crawlies, and all around yuck of the job. He gave us a very reasonable quote, completed the entire house in a couple hours, and did an AMAZING job.
