I recently moved and I can't come into my follow up appt, so he is rejecting my refills. I think this is just being inconsiderate of someone's circumstance. I made the appointment because I'm 53 and noticed several changes to my skin that she all said was "normal" but I needed more than that. I needed to understand what was happening, the possible reasons why, what I might be doing to contribute to it, how to treat, and what to expect in the future. I'm not sure I've ever been more disappointed after a medical appointment. The best part was standing vulnerably in a paper gown with someone so cold and dismissive. Can't remember the last time I left a review anywhere but this visit warranted it. What a waste of my time. If I give this practice another chance, it will NOT be with her.
