Rude staff Maria is awful! I have ordered here a couple of times and I believe from the very nice owner/manager. I have never had an issue until today. I don't venture to this area often so it's a nice treat when I do. Today I went in and ordered a mini pack with 2 potato salads and 1 rice with four tortillas. I should have checked everything but I didn't when. I got home and opened the chicken box it looked like the person was chop happy and didn't our everything in the box because the full chickens I know have 2 of each piece. Not this one. It was 1 1/4 breast and 1 thigh. The skin was off and under the pile that was not appetizing. The flour tortillas were wet and we could not get them unstuck from each other, the check-in that they out in the rice was so dry and very hard. I called the store back right away and told them and even texted a picture if this and Maria told me they never send it out like this and based on what she saw in the video I got everything right and she said the rice was fine so if I wanted to bring it all back by the next day she would refund. Then she went in to say she wouldn't refund because the guy gave me the whole chicken. I will be back for my refund and then they will not see me back again. This place had gone down hill. Too bad it used to be really good. Now it's garbage with rude service. I'll happily take my money elsewhere. read more

This Juan Pollo location has changed a lot over the past month. On my most recent visit, the food wasn't as fresh or as hot as it usually is. The tacos were very skimpy and lacked the usual amount of meat. They were also missing tomatoes entirely, or the tomatoes were sliced extremely thin. The salsa was mostly liquid and didn't have the usual texture or flavor. On top of that, the employee working the register smelled strongly of alcohol, which was concerning and unprofessional.
