My review is gonna be long but please read. I didn't read the reviews and now this happened…read more I came here about two months ago because the A/C in my car wasn't working. When I originally made the appointment, I was told there would be around a $200 diagnostic charge to determine what was wrong with the A/C. They diagnosed a problem with the blower motor and fuse, replaced them, and the A/C was working and blowing cold afterward. My total bill, including an oil change, was almost $800. Three days ago, the A/C stopped cooling and started blowing warm air, although air is still coming out of the vents. I went back today because it has only been two months since the repair. The customer service I received when I returned was terrible. Before even looking at the car, I was told they didn't have time and that I needed to make an appointment. I explained that I had already brought the car to them for the A/C problem only two months ago and showed my receipt. I was then told that because air is still coming out of the vents, the blower motor they replaced is working, so the fact that the air is no longer cold must be "something else." When I asked if they had checked the entire A/C system during the original visit, I was told there was "nothing to check" because the air was cold after they replaced the blower motor. I understand that the blower motor and the components that actually cool the air are different, and I am not claiming that the blower motor they installed has failed. What I don't understand is how I was originally told there would be around a $200 charge to diagnose my A/C problem, but now I'm being told there was "nothing to check" beyond the blower motor because the air happened to be cold at that moment. More than anything, I was disappointed by the way I was treated when I came back. I wasn't demanding a free repair or accusing them of doing anything wrong. I simply expected them to take my concern seriously, especially after spending almost $800 there only two months ago. Instead, I felt dismissed from the moment I arrived. I will be taking my car somewhere else. Regardless of what the new A/C problem turns out to be, I would not return here because of the horrible customer service and also They don't stand behind their work.
