I brought my truck in to have a new set of tires installed, and my vehicle has brand-new wheels that were in perfect condition before the appointment. When I picked up my truck, I immediately noticed that multiple rims had been scratched during the tire installation. Instead of acknowledging the damage and taking responsibility, the staff denied accountability and refused to repair or compensate me for the damage they caused. A reputable business should stand behind its work and take care of its customers when mistakes happen, but that was not the case here. What made the situation even worse was the pricing. Before the work was performed, I was quoted $2,200 for the job. After everything was completed, I was presented with a final bill of $2,950--an increase of $750 over the original quote. I was never properly informed or asked to approve this significant price increase before the work was completed. Transparency and honesty are essential when dealing with customers, and this experience showed a complete lack of both. The combination of damaged property, refusal to accept responsibility, and unexpected additional charges left me feeling completely taken advantage of. When customers trust a business with expensive vehicles and aftermarket wheels, they expect those vehicles to be treated with care and respect. Instead, my truck was returned with damaged rims and a bill that was substantially higher than what I had agreed to. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I believe other customers deserve to know what happened. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Commercial Tire Center. I strongly encourage anyone considering this shop to document the condition of their vehicle beforehand, get every detail of the estimate in writing, and make sure any price changes are approved before work begins. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

MARIO GARCIA (Service Manager) is an absolute nightmare of a person to deal with. We own 4 MV 607 trucks and I took 1 of them in for a minor recall. On the letter it said that the work takes 1.75 hours of work. Called Mario and he kept saying it will take them a day to get it done which I was fine with. Dropped of the truck on a Thursday at 2pm. He checked it in on Friday. Called him end of Friday to see if it was ready. He then said Monday. Called him end of day Monday, and he said now it will be ready on Tuesday. When I tried to explain that I'm frustrated with the lack of transparency and the truck being down for 3 business days for a simple recall, he got very confrontational and loud saying that they did not have the part and had to order it which he had not mentioned on Thursday, Friday nor all day Monday. His demeanor with clients is very unprofessional, 0 courtesy and does not own to his mistakes. He admitted that he didn't know they didn't have the part which could be acceptable (as we are all human) when you say it in an apologetic demeanor rather than a confrontational demeanor. In my opinion is wrong that a company like International and RWC Group to put such an individual to treat customers in such an unprofessional manner. We've dealt many time with the Westrux service department and unlike RWC, we always get treated with courtesy and professionalism.

We purchased a 25-foot boat with a 9-foot beam, so when we were shown available slips, I expressed concern about whether the boat would fit. We were given several options at the same quoted rate, and I specifically asked if we could have a backup option in case the original slip was too narrow. When the boat arrived, it became clear that the original slip would not accommodate the vessel's width, so we moved into the second slip option that had been presented to us. Everything appeared to be fine until I saw the monthly withdraw that was approximately $250 higher than the amount stated in our contract. After contacting the marina, I was informed by the manager, Jamessa E Henderson, that they had made a mistake and that the second slip actually carried a higher monthly rate. At no point was I informed of this price difference, nor was I asked to sign a revised agreement authorizing the higher charge. The marina simply began charging the increased amount without my knowledge or consent. When I explained my concerns, Janisha acknowledged the mistake and agreed that I should be reimbursed for the overcharges. However, when my deposit was returned, the promised reimbursement was not included. As a result, I have sought legal advice regarding the unauthorized charges. Beyond the billing issue, I was also disappointed by the atmosphere at the marina. The security staff frequently appeared to harass local kids who were fishing, which created an unwelcoming environment. We have since moved our boat to Port Royal and have been much happier. The facilities are nicer, the rates are lower, and the security staff are far more professional and respectful. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend King Harbor Marine.

The photos I've posted show the old exhaust parts that were cut and removed, the replacement components, and the finished install underneath the vehicle. Everything was fitted cleanly and solidly--no shortcuts, no sloppy work. They replaced my muffler and repaired the damaged section from the theft in just a little over an hour, which honestly exceeded my expectations. The technicians took my car out for a test drive and then took it inside the shop to inspect underneath and from there, they confirmed the issues. As anyone knows, car repairs can be expensive, so I was preparing myself for a hefty bill but the owner went above and beyond to help make the cost more manageable. I truly appreciated that level of consideration. Sevada handled ordering the parts, and they were flexible enough to schedule me for a time that actually worked with my availability. When I brought my car back in, Akop completed the work and I was very impressed. He was incredibly efficient and got everything done on his own in about two hours. I was back on the road with the rest of my day ahead of me. From start to finish, the level of care, honesty, and professionalism stood out. It's not easy to find a shop you can genuinely trust, but I'm really grateful I found this one. BEWARE - DO NOT GO HERE Vincent (owner) is a CROOK. I…read morebrought my car in because the electric power steering failed. It took him over two weeks to "diagnose" and attempt repairs. During that time, he replaced multiple parts that didn't fix the issue, then removed them, returned them to the manufacturer, and reinstalled the old ones (which has now caused the blind spot monitor sensor to fail). After more than two weeks without my vehicle, he finally told me the power steering was repaired. When I picked up my car, I was charged over $1,200. Before I left, he gave the usual speech about wanting customers to be satisfied and told me to bring the car back if anything was wrong. As soon as I turned the car on, warning lights started appearing. He told me they would reset themselves. Shortly after, I realized I could no longer control the windows from the driver's side, the blind spot monitoring sensor wasn't working, and several other issues had appeared, none of which existed before I brought the car in. I called him and returned the vehicle. He refused to take responsibility for the new problems that occurred while my car was in his possession. He claimed the car already had these errors, which is completely FALSE. He even said he has video footage to prove my windows didn't work (which his report from 2/14 clearly states otherwise)--unbelievable. Although he fixed one issue, several others were created in the process. Instead of addressing the damage, he accused me of "looking for someone to blame" and "trying to come up on him." He even told me I could sue him if I wanted to. All I want is for him to fix the other issues HE created. I requested a refund so I could take my vehicle to a qualified professional to have it properly repaired. He refused and insisted he had nothing to do with the additional problems. His own report reflects that my windows and blind spot monitor were working when the car was dropped off on 2/14. At that point, I knew he was a crook and was not going to fix any of the issues he created. Vincent, there is no need to respond by claiming I am lying or that my car arrived with all of these issues--it did NOT, and your own report reflects that. Based on other reviews here (which I truly wish I had seen before bringing my car in), this seems to be a pattern. Now my car is full of errors that will cost me a fortune to fix. I feel like a complete fool for taking my car here and dealing with this dishonest crook.
