The noodles were cooked to perfection. But the flavor was also lacking. It was not cheesy enough to call a Mac and cheese and again needed more salt and/or other seasonings. There also wasn't much seafood to boast about. Maybe a scallop or 2, a very small quantity of shrimp....the crab meat and roll were the highlight. 3 STARS (for this visit). The service was GREAT!
