Been wanting o try this place for a long time and finally made it. I loved the venue. Its small but cozy and thevstaff was great. Oh and there was beer. Great place to meet with friends for a relaxing time

Iowa's take on an IPA

Quality beer including multiple styles brewed with skill. The venue was clean, well lit and had a stellar vinyl music selection. The staff were professional and helpful. Best brewery in Dubuque.

3 house made beers and 2 local ciders

Great deal for a tasting set. 5 substantial pours for $15. Plus a farmer's market is held outside in the street on Wednesday's so they had live music and outdoor seating.

Very nice atmosphere. My friends favorite place to relax after a long day of work. They order a flight while I order the Jubeck blond. I believe one of their favorite with the blueberry cider. They ordered a regular size of that after finished the flight.

Beer flight!

Great place. Came by here from Chicago for a weekend getaway with a couple of friends and really enjoyed this brewery. The beer list wasn't extensive but there was enough on it I wanted to try that I got a flight of 5 beers. I'm from NYC where beer and just about everything is super expensive, so paying $8 for a flight was a steal. I'm a huge beer fan and to be honest the beers here weren't quite for my taste but they were good enough overall. I loved everything else about this place though. The owners and staff are so friendly, kind, and welcoming. It's really nicely decorated with Christmas lights and hanging planes from the ceiling- nothing feels pretentious about it and it's nothing short of warm and cozy. Great atmosphere. Families come here and play games with their kids. They also have a self-serve snack table for chex mix and pretzels (free). I'm really happy we stumbled into this place in what is an area not really well known on the map and much less for someone like me who is from NYC. A gem and a wonderful place on a wintery midwest weekend.

A favorite of locals and must-see for beer-lovers passing through town. Ranked the #1 brewery in Iowa on Yelp. Whenever people from out of town visit, I take them here.

Cozy and good beer. I took home a four pack of the toasted coconut beer to chicago. I would love if they started distributing.

Loved the environment of this brewery! Berry chill with amazing choices. Their American sour red is my favorite sour I've had.

The girls got a root beer float and the toffee butterscotch beer and both were yummy! We got some loaded fries, peach bourbon wings and fish tacos and everything was delicious. Friendly and fast service from the bar and they were very helpful in explaining where we needed to go to pick-up the food (at the back of the facility). The arcade has new and old games (pac man and donkey kong, but also a claw machine and shooting/driving games). I would definitely check this out no matter your age or interests because there is something for everyone.

I am sure it is for efficiency when they get busy but I found the food system slightly weird. You order with the bartender who gives you a buzzer and then you have to walk out of the restaurant (still indoors) and down the hall to pick up your food. Not far but the concept is odd considing you are tipping the bartender for the total bill but they don't even bring your food. Additionally, because I was dining solo I carried my beer and belongings with me to pick up food because I did not want to leave my drink unattended. I mean it works but I still think it's weird.

It's probably a 15 minute walk from Grand Harbor hotel. We came for the burger variety and milk shakes. Unfortunately they were out of ice cream so not everyone in the party got to enjoy shakes which was disappointing considering that was one of the selling points. Server was very polite as we know it wasn't his fault. Burgers were fantastic. Breaded Fries had great potential but a bit greasy for me. My son ordered a plain burger but was served a fully loaded. When the kitchen server came out and asked whose burger it was, we said it wasn't ours because he ordered a plain burger. She stated that it must be this one and handed to him. No harm done as he's not allergic to lettuce, tomato or pickles (kind of...he's a kid!) but just a miss there considering it wasn't the least bit busy. While I appreciate the casual atmosphere and table graffiti, they were rather sticky. There was a film on them so thick you could scratch with your nail. When your arms stick to the table it's a little annoying but it was upper 80's and humid. If I was local I'd give it another go. If you're visiting and love burgers, try it out as maybe we just had bad luck on a holiday weekend. Burgers were A+, just minor misses but nothing deal breaking unless it's a common occurrence.

When entering the bar you might think you are in a different land, and in a different time! It feels kinda like an Irish pub in a dungeon! But there's a pool table so you know your safe! There are two long bars one on the side room where the music is and one in the main room! I have been here numerous times of the past 10 years and the bar tenders always seem to be the same. And they are great! Prices are great too, you can get your fancy whisky or craft brews, but they also carry cans of PBR, and Old Mil for us on a budget! The music room is great, it has great sound, and Aaron H. who has booked here for years brings in great stuff, a totally curated room of music! The locals just come here cause there is live music and they usually leave satisfied in their choice cause Aaron has great taste! I have been lucky enough to play here a few times and every time I have had a great time! They have a great back patio as well, but like I said they are right off the Mississippi so it might get kinda buggy sometimes! This is a total gem if you find yourself in Dubuque!
