Lame. We'd seen Duck…read moretours going around Boston and always wanted to try them. So, when we saw them while walking around Hyannis we figured we'd give it a shot. I suspect they do their job fairs outside the old age home and the High School drama club meetings. The entire time we were on the tour all we kept hearing about is how the tour "could be better but they weren't allowed to travel there" and they were giving plugs to restaurants on the route. There was minimal historical significance when en route and being subjected to the constant snarky remarks and self deprecation which is demonstrated by the tour guides was obnoxious. The only redeeming quality to the tour is when the vehicle goes into the water for the short 10-15 minute ride. If only the guides would be quiet long enough for people to enjoy it... UGH. Luckily the tour was relatively inexpensive. Though the guides continue to remind you throughout the trip that they accept tips. I neglected to leave anything and high tailed it out of there. Stay away!

Captain Jake and the crew were a pleasure to listen to--knowledgeable, engaging, and genuinely fun. The tour around Hyannis Harbor was beautiful, offering stunning views as the sun set over the water. The boat itself was spotless and very comfortable, and the whole crew was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It felt like the perfect way to spend a summer evening--relaxing, scenic, and well-hosted. I'd definitely recommend Bay Spirit Tours to anyone visiting the area. A top-notch experience from start to finish! They have been around for many years at the harbor. Best part of the museum was seeing a putter that JFK used. That is about it. Nice staff, and a little store selling commercial and political trinkets. A try it once event.

There were a lot of family photos of the whole Kennedy family, a detailed timeline of the Presidency between 1960 and 1963, and a display of the Kennedy family tree. I found all of it interesting and informative. We also saw two films about President Kennedy, one on the first floor and one on the second floor. There was also an exhibit about his brother, RFK, and another exhibit about his son, John. The first floor also has a nice gift shop with a wide variety of items to purchase.
