My husband and I had our Wedding rehearsal dinner on Lobster Roll Cruises this past August. What an incredible experience it was! The service was amazing all night long. The drinks were killer, the food was spectacular, and the vibe was perfect! The best lobster roll I've EVER had, hands down. Cruising along Sesuit harbor provided incredible views and special memories for us and our guests! The price was also totally reasonable and beyond worth it, our friends and family had a BLAST it was the perfect way to kick off our Wedding weekend. Thank you so much to the crew + captain for making our rehearsal dinner unforgettable! We cannot wait to come back again soon!!!

This was such a fun excursion for us while visiting Cape Cod! I had never been before so naturally I perused through the internet to find fun things to do. I came across their website, and thought it sounded like a fun thing to do. They have a few different options for times; lunch, early dinner and sunset. the way it works is that you sign up for a day and time and they will email you back letting you know if it's available or not. Originally we wanted to do the sunset cruise, but they emailed us right away to let us know it was full and asked if we wanted to do the early dinner. Therefore, it was an easy process to get booked! It is a bit hard to find where the cruise is. If you put their address in Apple Maps it will take you to the right place, but there are no signs indicating where they are, so we had to ask someone for help. They have a good-sized parking lot and the dock is right next to it. The cruise was a fun experience. It lasted about two hours, you get a full meal, get to go around the bay and pretty far out into the ocean. Sadly, the waves were super rough when we went out so we stayed in the bay most of the time. They had a nice drink menu, where I ordered a delicious strawberry colada. Be aware that they are cash only, but since we didn't have any cash the girl took our card and said that it would be charged the next day (she could only take one card so I was kind of confused by that.) The food was good. REAL GOOD. Like, this was the kind of food I wanted from New England. I got the overstuffed lobster roll which came with potatoes and corn. It was seriously the best lobster I have ever had (But then again there's not a whole lot of lobster you can get in Kentucky LOL) My boyfriend got the steam lobster, and it looked amazing! It was a bit expensive, $98 for the both of us. But for a long cruise and premium seafood dinner, I can't complain at all. I would definitely recommend doing this if you're looking for something to do in Cape Cod!

We had a wonderful sunset dinner cruise this week even though visibility was hazy! Boarding was at 6PM but people had lined up much earlier. Drinks were strong and the reggae music was on point. You have assigned seating for dining but I guess mingling with strangers is part of the fun. Nothing like being out on the ocean to catch the sun setting. We will be back in August or early fall when the sunsets are spectacular on the Cape!

Sunset Cruise delivered everything advertised; Great little voyage to see the sunset over the ocean and great tasting fresh Lobster dinner. Good service and good food. Great view!

I'm a return customer. The owner of the pier and business is a welcoming salt of the earth gentleman. The cooks and captains are the same. The girls doing the serving and bartending are really good at putting you at ease and making you feel welcome. The custom boat (built to spec in North Carolina) is really comfortable, from the spacious (for a boat this size) bathrooms to the leather padded seats at the booths to the bar and table area up top. The lobster roll is the best on the cape. I've seen them yank lobsters up out of traps just to accommodate an extra guest. The lobster roll is the best on the cape, but I have to tell you about the Prime Rib. They should rename this the Prime Rib Cruise, because it's that good. There's nothing like catching the evening cruise for the setting of the red sun over the bay. Get your Nantucket pants and Nautical Stripes out for this one. When you return to the pier, the well dressed, preppy crowd at the lobster restaurant waves. That's when you realize you're in the VIP section, and it floats.

After all that time, you would think that the face of the business would be gracious for spending your time and money here when there are hundreds and hundreds of choices on the Cape. I'm truly genuinely curious if this is a reflection of the ownership or if they don't receive feedback about how the experience goes over. I get it. The service industry is thankless however, a little politeness and cheer goes a long way. Further, being told in a rather abrupt manner that there are no substitutions allowed is one way to convey the message, but not the only way. in the end, after another wait (maybe 15 mins more) at our table for the food to arrive, I was fairly disappointed with my lobster roll. The lobster meat did not even make it to the edge of the bun. I received coleslaw, which I was not interested in having (as you recall, "no substitutions allowed"). In fact, when I got home a couple hours later, I was hungry again. My suggestion, skip the long wait, the cash only option, and the not as picturesque or as delicious as I expected option, and try one of many the many other establishments in the area. One main positive: BYOB.

And we decided to try this weekend when my daughter came with a friend. We will definitely going back. The main complaint is that is hard to get a reservation. We started with calimari. It was pretty, but not exceptional. My wife had the onon soup. For main courses we had the beet and arugula salads, (the arugula with shrimp), the flounder and the crispy salads. The main reason I cam giving the restaurant 5* was the scallops. These were far from the typical fried scallops. They had a like panko coating, served with succotash, and were quite good, even by Cape Cod standards for scallops. The salads are both also very good. Service was attentive and not intrusive. It is a nice old house and has nice ambiance.

I've found this restaurant to be one of the best ones around. Scargo is one of the reasons why travelers shouldn't skip Route 6A. I'm usually there during off-peak (translation: cold) times, so I tend to gravitate towards more robust menu offerings. The French onion soup is quite good, with a nice beefy broth and a generous amount of cheese. It's nice that the restaurant offers bread, which is becoming a rarer occurrence. The entree portions are quite strong. The lemon flounder filets were nicely pan-fried and not overcooked. The seafood strudel has a good amount of seafood, including a lot of shrimp and smaller scallops. I don't think they have the cioppino anymore but that was also a quality entree as well. Service has always been friendly and professional. The servers are good at making friendly conversation without dragging down efficiency.

It started out great, 4:45 reservation, sat down, ordered, food took a little longer to arrive then expected, but whatever. It's Wednesday. Then it got busy. A large group of people at the front door waiting for a table. Our server wanted to turn our table and wanted us GONE ASAP. She started clearing our plates when we were not even done. Threw away the mussels I set aside for my sister on a side plate because she thought they were just shells. Threw away my son's chicken tenders that I wanted to wrap up for him. $725 tab for an awful, rushed experience. Happy birthday to me! A little kindness goes a long way. I asked if I could get 3 mussels to go for my sister, the mussels that I ordered and paid for that she threw away, and she said no. I would have to order another order and that wasn't possible. I almost did, but judging by how long the food took to come, I just couldn't wait for it. Never again. Also, no soap in the women's bathroom on both sides. A birthday dinner out with family should be special. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. It certainly won't be special here.

Our server was friendly and took the time to walk us through the menu and highlight the nightly specials. In the end, we all decided on the prix fixe menu, which included an appetizer, entrée, and dessert--an excellent value considering the quality and generous portion sizes. After placing our orders, our server returned with our drinks along with a basket of warm rolls and soft butter, a nice touch to start the meal. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, and the interior is surprisingly spacious. From the outside, you'd never guess how large the restaurant actually is. To start, I ordered the short rib and fontina arancini, which were outstanding. The portion was generous--honestly large enough to be a meal on its own. My wife began with the Caesar salad, which was crisp, fresh, and nicely balanced without being overly dressed. For our main course, my wife and I both chose the crab-stuffed sole. It was excellent and, once again, the portion size was impressive. We even had enough leftovers to make another meal the next day. By the end of the meal we were so full that we decided to take our desserts--New York-style cheesecake and tiramisu--home to enjoy later. There's plenty of parking available, and I'd definitely recommend making reservations, especially on busy nights. Overall, it was a great meal with generous portions, friendly service, and a comfortable atmosphere. I'd happily return
