I checked my account and notice a charge for $29.99 for December and January for a membership that I never agreed to. I had my eyebrows threaded back in November 2025 they asked for me to put my information on their iPad as usual when you pay which I think it's weird they ask for email phone number and your name I paid I gave them a tip and somehow they signed me up for a membership that I didn't even know they had I don't even know what the membership covers. I went to get a refund and talk to them about it 1/11/26 they said they couldn't help me the worker there was having a hard time understanding there was a language barrier she told me to call the manager and gave me his number I called the manager the next day he told me he couldn't help me he told me to email corporate and tell them what happened and ask for a refund. It's frustrating to know that they aren't willing to help when it's obviously their fault. Please be careful. check your accounts.

Hannah was super sweet about it and apologized but I told her not to worry it was my fault for not reading the fine print; just after I got in my car she called and said she felt bad since I'm getting married tonight and wanted to be able to do something so offered me a tan at a lower price.
