(YAY me) I know... TMI. But if you're worried about skin damage because of similar issues, she will take excellent care of you. The skin that was waxed is the clearest it's ever been after any wax I've had previously. I don't know enough about the process to know what would make my skin less irritated after. But I did do the mask afterwards. Overall I'm very impressed with the overall cleanliness, privacy, and quality to speed ratio. They signed me up for a membership without my consent!! I've been getting my eyebrows threaded here…read morefor years I have loved their services. I checked my account and notice a charge for $29.99 for December and January for a membership that I never agreed to. I had my eyebrows threaded back in November 2025 they asked for me to put my information on their iPad as usual when you pay which I think it's weird they ask for email phone number and your name I paid I gave them a tip and somehow they signed me up for a membership that I didn't even know they had I don't even know what the membership covers. I went to get a refund and talk to them about it 1/11/26 they said they couldn't help me the worker there was having a hard time understanding there was a language barrier she told me to call the manager and gave me his number I called the manager the next day he told me he couldn't help me he told me to email corporate and tell them what happened and ask for a refund. It's frustrating to know that they aren't willing to help when it's obviously their fault. Please be careful. check your accounts.

It was my fault that I didn't read that the Groupon could only be used once (I'd used one a couple months back) and I was not prepared to pay full price for the tan. Hannah was super sweet about it and apologized but I told her not to worry it was my fault for not reading the fine print; just after I got in my car she called and said she felt bad since I'm getting married tonight and wanted to be able to do something so offered me a tan at a lower price. I am SO grateful for her kindness and thoughtfulness in reaching back out right away!! I will most definitely be going back! The tan is perfect as well:)
