I left a voice mail on Tuesday, January 2nd at Anastasia Brow Studio at Nordstrom's to reschedule for Wednesday, January 3rd or cancel. I received a call a few hours later from Gretchen and she mentioned that the 3rd was available at 11:00AM which is what I had for the 4th. I asked if there was an earlier spot and she said yes at 10:00AM with her. I told I would take it. I wasn't too picky who did my brows as long as it got done. When I arrived yesterday, my appointment was on time and Gretchen was amazing. Gretchen asked if there was anything in particular that I needed done other than the brow clean up and my response was no. I only pointed out that it's a medium shape for stencil purposes and she agreed. She was friendly, outgoing and a perfectionist like me. I walked out with lovely brows. I look forward to my next visit with her. This has been my #1 place for eyebrow services. I get points on my Nordstrom's card and it's close to where I live. It's a win-win situation for both sides. The technique I approach in lash extension is called Russian volume which is a very unique technique where the synthetic lashes are wrapped around client’s natural lashes whereas most extensions are applied by just glueing it on the top or to the side of natural lashes.
